Welcome to a one-minute meditation.

Make yourself comfortable.

Soften your eyes closed,

If that feels right for you and your body today.

Exhale completely.

Breathe in your nose and breathe out the mouth.

Breathe in,

Sit up nice and tall.

Breathe out,

Release the shoulders down the back.

Breathe in,

Expand fully.

Exhale,

Release.

Good work,

My friends.

Do this as many times as you need.
