Taking a few deep breaths,

Getting yourself comfortable for a meditation,

A manifestation meditation where we're calling in your dream partner.

I've been hearing so much about how we manifest in general and how we really are so deeply many of us longing for connection.

This meditation is dedicated to a dear client of mine,

Someone who's been working with me for many years,

Who's on a journey of connection,

A journey of love,

And a journey of learning to breathe through the heart.

So find yourself in a comfortable position,

Sitting up nice and tall,

Or maybe you want to lay down,

Whatever feels most aligned for you and your body today.

Take some deep breaths into your heart.

Now the first key of manifestation,

In my view,

There are four,

Four keys.

The first key is to relax the body.

So each exhale is relaxing and releasing any tension in the body.

Maybe you want to do a body scan starting at the top of your head,

Each breath moving you down the body,

Scanning the body as if you have a beam of light tracking down each and every cell,

Scanning the front and the back and the sides of the body,

The energetic body too.

Breathing deeply and noticing when you get to the heart and what that feels like.

Maybe placing the hand on the heart,

Feeling that beautiful organ,

Keeping you not only alive,

But also connected to who you are.

Keeping your attention on the heart,

I invite you to continue to scan the rest of the body,

Releasing anything else that needs to in this first key of manifestation,

Seeing if as you breathe,

You can activate the sense of flow,

Cultivate the sense of following and trusting the movement within the body as deep wisdom.

Knowing that you can move those sensations that arise,

You can notice them first and shift them through the heart and with the support of the breath.

Noticing if there's any movement that comes into the body,

Just the deep breath softening.

How quickly can you come back to relaxing of this beautiful body of yours?

Take as long as you need with this step.

Sometimes this is one of the most important places for us to stay is in the relaxing of the body.

Then and if you're ready,

You can move on to the second step,

The second key,

Which is to quiet the mind.

Every exhale,

Releasing more and more thoughts.

Anything that's keeping you from this very moment,

Letting yourself simply float with the outside and inside world with the support of the breath,

With the breath as the anchor.

The breath is what we keep returning to,

Especially the breath through the heart.

The mind might have some things to say and that's absolutely fine,

But the key is to quiet so that we can really hear the heart,

The body,

The divine intelligence that gives us life.

And the third key is to simply open the heart.

There are many reasons why in looking for love,

In calling for love,

In dreaming of love where we might close down our hearts.

So how could our partner possibly find us if our hearts are closed?

It's actually our responsibility to open the heart.

This is simply a felt sense experience.

You don't have to intellectually think about how to do this.

That would be the thinking busy mind.

We're simply opening the door of the heart.

See how you might do that today.

Maybe it's as simple as just breathing through the heart.

Now I want you to imagine that you're looking through a window.

Notice what the window looks like.

Are you inside or outside looking through this window?

And on the other side,

You see a scene of yourself.

You see yourself and you see yourself with your partner,

Your dream partner.

You see that's happening right now.

You meet your partner and you see this person and you're connecting with them.

Perhaps you can really get a sense of how it feels to be with them.

What it's like in your body to be with this human who's perhaps beyond your wildest dreams standing with you.

Beyond what you see,

Tune into the felt sense experience of what it's like and feel them with you right now.

Notice what happens to your heart and see if you can keep your heart open.

Practicing right now by breathing through the heart what it is like to cultivate an open space for this love to be here with you.

Where are you?

What are you doing with this love of yours?

What's the weather like?

How do you feel?

The fourth key is to feel this happening right now.

Feeling this partner with you right now.

How do you show up to them?

How do you greet them?

How do you connect with them?

Feel it now.

And now I want you to look through this window and see if anything wants to change about the scene.

Anything that you could do to make this scene even better,

Even more true for you,

Even more aligned.

Go ahead and do that now.

Breathing through the heart,

Noticing what it's like as you open yourself to this human who is here with you.

How they make you feel and how you feel with them.

Breathe in the love and the compassion that you feel.

And on the next exhale,

I want you to double that feeling of love.

Really welcome in that love,

That deep love.

Exhale,

Let it move through your whole body.

Wow,

Feel it,

Let it in.

Now breathe in deeply.

And on the next exhale,

Triple that love.

Let it move through your cells.

What does it feel like?

Wow,

This person is here,

They're with me.

Keep going like this.

Breathe in.

Quadruple the love.

Wow,

Feel it in your cells.

Let it move through your heart.

And on the next inhale,

Breathe in.

And times this love by five.

Stay with the sensations.

Noticing what's arising.

Knowing that this love is here for you right now.

Now this is a secret key that I will share with you that goes beyond and is absolutely critical of the manifestation techniques.

And that is to listen to the inspired actions that come from this place of knowing that this love is here for you.

Where are you being guided?

Listen to the messages that arrive in the next few moments of silence.

Relax the body.

Quiet the mind.

Open the heart.

Feel whatever it is you want is already yours.

And follow the inspired action.

Taking the deep breaths necessary to bring yourself slowly back to the room.

Knowing that you can stay here as long as you like continuing this meditation,

This visualization.

Coming back to this as many times as you want and need to knowing that you can absolutely manifest anything in your life.

Anything you want.

You actually can have it all.

At least I believe that.

And I believe that what we believe is what we create.

Be sure to keep breathing through this beautiful heart of yours.

And remember that this partner who shows up might look differently or present differently than you might imagine.

But with an open heart,

You will be able to feel them.

See how you feel around them.

And follow that.

Be sure to drink a lot of water.

Get outside in nature.

Let her hold you and listen to her wisdom.

And follow those inspired actions.

If you think to pick up the phone,

Pick up the phone.

If you think to go into that coffee shop,

Go into that coffee shop.

If you think to go on that hike,

Go on that hike.

Listen to yourself.

Listen to the friend who wants to set you up on a date.

Maybe you have an instinct or an urge to put out there that you're looking for your partner.

Community,

Friends,

People,

I'm calling you my partner.

Anybody know anyone awesome?

Tune into what feels right for you,

But really tune in.

And know that they're already here.

Dreaming of you too.
