Let's do a self-exploration meditation on Reality is attributed to imagination by acceptance.
Let the eyes of the waker close.
Allow the waker to sit comfortably.
Take the stand of the witnessing awareness field containing the waker.
Realize that your desires have taken the shape of intense winds of emotion.
Desires do not belong to the waker.
Desires belong to the witness.
Do you realize that your desires have taken the shape of intense winds of emotions?
These winds of emotions are flying around haphazardly,
Hungrily,
Greedily looking for embodied presence.
Pay attention to the movement within.
This movement is tangible only for the acute observer.
Observe carefully.
Desire does not have a form.
It is formless.
It is yearning and seeking a form.
That yearning and seeking can be recognized by the acute observer as internal winds of emotion.
When the witnessing awareness is on guard,
Then it does not get swayed by these winds.
When the witnessing awareness loses its guard,
It helplessly says yes to these winds.
It helplessly accepts to be a part of these inner winds of emotion.
This acceptance in the form of a mental yes attributes reality to imagination.
When reality is attributed to imagination,
Aham gets embodied in idam.
The I gets embodied by it.
Become aware of these inner winds of desire.
They are subtle.
They are quiet.
Pay attention.
Simply by the power of attention,
Convert the silent acceptance to a non-acceptance.
Convert the temptation to say a yes to a mental no.
Dismiss the urge to identify with these winds of desire.
Without speaking to yourself mentally,
Without any physical action,
Simply tranquilize the desire.
Tranquilize it simply by abiding in your true nature of nothingness.
You,
The nothingness,
Are the wiper of every arising that appears in the backdrop of the now.
You can pour your nothingness onto the somethingness and completely erase it.
Let's attempt to recognize our own wiper power now.
Bring up the memory of the face of an old friend.
Now using your own nothingness,
Wipe away the memory.
Simply wipe it away.
You will notice that you use the gap in between two thoughts to wipe away the thoughts.
You used your own self,
The nothingness,
To wipe away the somethingness.
That is the power of saying no to a first thought,
First feeling,
First sensation or the first perception.
You used the power of nothingness that preceded the first to wipe away the first.
Hence,
You successfully wiped away the potentiality of story creation.
Acknowledge your own power,
The wiper power.
Realize that if reality is attributed to imagination,
Simply by acceptance,
Simply by saying a mental yes,
Then that imagination can be cancelled simply by non-acceptance,
Simply by converting the mental yes to a mental no.
You are that powerful nothingness that can say no to somethingness.
It is your natural,
Inherent power.
You always had it,
But you were not aware of it.
Become aware.
Be conscious of your own true power.
Become aware.
Be interested in your own true self.
Recognize that every time an imagination arises,
Along with the body arising,
It compels you to believe,
I am the body.
Immediately use the power of a mental no.
Immediately become conscious of yourself,
The awareness field,
Being truly bodiless.
Constantly be conscious of not having a physical body.
Allow your truth of bodilessness to wipe away the imagination of,
I am the body.
Every time an imagination arises,
With the mind arising,
It compels you to believe,
I am the mind.
Immediately employ the power of a mental no,
A mental non-acceptance.
Dismiss it immediately,
Becoming conscious of yourself,
The awareness field,
Being thought-free and feeling free.
In other words,
Being without a mind.
Allow the reality of mindlessness or thoughtlessness to wipe away the imagination of,
I am the mind.
Constantly be conscious of not having a mind.
Be conscious of being consciousness itself.
Be aware of being awareness itself.
Be conscious of being without becoming.
When the denial of the personal self becomes automatic,
You will naturally withdraw from idam to aham to niraham.
From it to I to not I.
Abide as the not I.
Abide as the not I.
Abide as the not I.
