Allow yourself to really soften here.

Maybe close your eyes if that feels safe.

Allow your entire body to rest,

To relax.

Let the shoulders melt down,

Let your body sink into whatever is holding you.

Let yourself be here.

Notice what parts of you are still in yesterday,

Or a week ago.

Notice what parts of you are rushing into the future.

Let everything drift away.

Come back to what really matters right here,

Right now.

Slow breath in,

Let it go.

This moment is your actual life.

Everything else is a memory,

Or an assumption,

An expectation of what's to come.

All that really matters is right now.

Don't let anything else steal your attention.

Slow breath in,

Melt here,

Rest here.

Can you realize that a year from now,

Five years from now,

Ten years from now,

What you are going through will feel so far in the distance?

Give yourself this peace of knowing what you're facing right now won't last forever.

Come back to what really matters.

You are here.

You are safe.

You are loved.

You are enough.

Take in these words,

You change people.

Your name makes someone smile.

Your work moves people.

Someone's heart will beat faster just thinking about you.

Someone might see a book in a store and think about you.

Your friends remember your experiences fondly.

You inspire others to keep going.

Your presence matters and it changes the world every day.

Let it go.

Can you feel your mind really shift back to what really matters?

Connect your presence to what matters,

What's here,

And let everything else go.

Maybe you can remember here it's about doing your best,

Choosing love over fear,

Moving forward with your best intentions,

Choosing to be kind to everyone you meet.

Let everything else go.

Asking yourself what really matters today?

What can I put my attention on today?

Allow yourself to feel ease and peace.

Taking it one moment at a time,

Choosing the next best thing,

Listening to your heart,

Your intuition.

Become aware of your surroundings slowly.

Taking your sweet time,

Just noticing the sounds around you.

Notice the temperature of the room.

Eventually,

Blinking your eyes open if they were closed.

Keep coming back to what really matters.

All is well.
