Hi my beautiful friend,

Welcome to this moment allow yourself to sink in right away closing your eyes if you'd like starting to breathe your way to your heart inhale deeply exhale really dropping in to the awareness of your heart starting to see yourself with your heart allow your jaw to soften feel your shoulders rest down bring awareness to whatever is holding you and let it hold you you can let go here you can soften here breathe in breathe out without any judgment just noticing how you have been speaking to yourself noticing if your inner critic has been really loud witnessing the judgment of the mind move into the freedom and the deep knowing that lives in your heart you know that judging yourself gets you nowhere and maybe the reason why you're holding back in life is a fear of judgment but my friend that wouldn't exist if you weren't already judging yourself inhale slow exhale slower whisper to yourself i release self-judgment it does not bring me peace i release self-judgment it does not bring me peace i release self-judgment it does not bring me peace i release i release i release i release letting go of expectations standards perfection no one said that in order to achieve your goals or be successful you have to judge your way there you are free to be kind to your mind and to fill your mind with more compassion judgment is not a motivator breathe in slow let it go let it go guess what my friend nobody is thinking about you the way you are thinking about you they're all thinking about themselves allow the mind to rest the overthinking judgmental mind to quiet it if you let go of all the judgment what would be left in this moment what do you need to hear whisper something kind and loving to you right now notice the shift in how it feels to release self-judgment may you remember it is a practice it's not about perfection may you continue to notice when your inner critic is loud and return to self-love and compassion releasing judgment again and again and setting yourself free breathe in breathe out maybe roll your shoulders back a couple times rocking your head side to side if you'd like and gently opening your eyes if they were closed one more breath in and one more breath out from my heart to yours
