Hi my friend.
I know we tend to reach outward for all the answers.
We forget that we all have this inner guide that is called our intuition.
This meditation is for you to slow down and listen.
Start to turn inward,
Closing your eyes if you'd like.
Maybe placing your hands over your heart.
Breathe in through your nose.
Big exhale out your mouth.
Dropping into your heart.
Slowly allowing the outer world to fade away.
Feel all the shoulds,
The opinions from other people,
And all the limiting beliefs that are not yours fade away.
It's just you and you here now.
Breathe in.
Breathe it out.
When will you stop searching outside of you?
When will you realize that the answers have always been within you?
The intuition takes many forms.
Sometimes a very clear thought,
Or a feeling,
Or a sensation in the body.
Sometimes a feeling in the heart.
Listen,
Hear,
And reconnect.
Inhale slow.
Exhale.
Feel your inner guide,
Your inner compass.
As you settle in,
You can finally hear the whisper of your intuition.
It's like a gentle knock on the doorway of your heart.
And because the world is so noisy,
We tend to not hear it.
We forget to listen.
We forget to turn inward for all the answers.
Slow inhale.
Slow exhale.
What is the question you've been waiting and waiting to be answered?
What is the question you've been waiting and waiting to be answered?
Or maybe a simple one that you tend to ask outwardly.
Ask it here now in the quiet of your own mind and allow your intuition to answer.
Deep down you know.
Recognize how the answer is delivered to you.
A clear message in your mind,
A feeling,
Or a sensation in your body.
Slow inhale.
Slow exhale.
Slow exhale.
Zaina Keithley writes,
And now I can see how when I stopped fighting my own intuition and let it guide my next steps,
It always led me to exactly where I needed to be.
To the people and places,
To experiences and opportunities,
All that taught me,
That strengthened me,
That gave me exactly what I didn't know I needed at the time.
And now I can see when I stopped trying to control the narrative,
The story that unfolded was far greater than anything I could have written.
And now I can see.
Now I know.
Now I understand that this beating heart won't steer me wrong.
I can trust the universe.
I can trust what I feel.
I can trust that the unknown path ahead will always lead me exactly where I need to go.
I can trust my inner guide,
My inner compass,
My intuition.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
Whispering to your intuition,
Thank you,
I am listening.
Thank you,
I am listening.
Just listen here.
One of my students in my meditation teacher training,
Ashton,
Said,
Your intuition is your most honest friend.
You can trust your intuition.
You can rely on your intuition.
You know.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
Notice the shift in the strength of your connection to your intuitive harm.
May you remember to slow down and listen.
To look within.
To stop searching outward.
It's always been within you.
Inhale.
Exhale.
From my heart to yours.
