Begin to find stillness,
Slowing down first in your body,
Maybe closing your eyes,
Feel your jaw relax and your shoulders drop,
Tapping into ease,
Allowing your body to slow down,
Shifting from the doing to the being,

Noticing how one deep breath already begins to help you reconnect with your heart.
So often we live in the mind and it's exhausting,
Dropping into the heart,
Using your breath as a guide,

Feel your awareness start to rise as you see yourself for maybe the first time all day.
Wrapping yourself up in loving awareness,
Feeling the warmth of your presence,
The safety in your stillness,
The freedom of finding your breath again.
Did you forget that what you are seeking is also seeking you,
What you are reaching for is also reaching for you,
What you desire in life also desires you.
Can you begin to visualize what you've been seeking,
What your heart has been longing for,
What is it that you wish to manifest?
Maybe it's many things so focus here just one at a time.
What does it look like?
Can you visualize how you show up when this is true?
Can you feel in this moment what feelings you desire to feel?
Maybe it's freedom,
This weight lifted off your shoulders,
Abundance,
Maybe it's a deep inner peace and calm,
Maybe it's fierce confidence and a certainty of who you are,
Maybe it's joy.
Get really clear on how you feel,
Begin to call it forward,
Begin to speak what you desire into existence.
Instead of I will be confident,
I will be financially free,
I will be successful.
Shift the will to am,
Make it feel real right now.
I am joyful,
I am financially free,
I am confident,
My life is abundant,
My life is in alignment,
I am doing what my heart truly desires.
I am present for all areas of my life.
I am a peaceful human.
