Hi my friend,
It's time to unwind,
It's time to use the breath to let go,
Closing your eyes gently if you'd like.
Simply start by noticing the breath.
Where can you feel the breath the most in your body?
Notice the rise and fall of your chest,
Maybe feel the lungs expanding and gently contracting.
The breath can move energy that we don't need out through the body.
Big sigh out your mouth.
Only you know what you're carrying.
Only you know what needs to be set down.
What do you need to release?
Can you energetically feel what you no longer need,
Leaving the body?
Exhale set it free.
I invite you to join me in the psychological breath,
Where we breathe in for two short inhales and then exhale out the mouth,
One long release,
Inhale,
Exhale,
Inhale,
Exhale.
Really unwinding in the body and the mind through this breath.
Inhale,
Inhale,
Let it go,
Inhale,
Inhale,
Exhale,
Releasing the energy that you no longer need,
Inhale,
Inhale,
Exhale,
Inhale,
Inhale,
Exhale,
You can let go here,
You don't need to hold on anymore,
Inhale,
Inhale,
Exhale,
Take this breath pattern to your own rhythm,
Becoming really intentional about what you're releasing with every breath,
Clearing,
Resetting your entire inner world.
Only when you're ready,
Take a normal inhale and a big sigh.
Notice how you feel now,
Feel the relief in the release,
Say thank you to your breath,
Thank you to your mind,
Thank you to your body,
Steady inhale,
Let it go,
Now go slowly,
Carry this practice with you,
Always returning to your breath when you need to,
Remembering that you are always there for you,
Reawakening through the body with small movement,
Maybe rocking the head side to side or rolling the shoulders,
Maybe use one more breath as you blink your eyes open,
And an exhale,
May you continue to let go and release through your breath,
From my heart to yours.
