Hi friend,
I'm not quite sure where this meditation will go or even how to
Explain it to you.
I just know that it's something that I struggle with,
Which is attachment.
Feeling attached to different things in my life or outcomes.
And so let's sit together
And release attachment and allow ourselves to feel free.
Begin to soften into your mind.
Resting your energy and your attention inward.
Slow breath in.
Slow exhale.
Softening your shoulders.
Allowing your heart to pull open.
Find a slow breath in through your nose.
Exhale,
Let it go.
Bringing your awareness to this very moment and how you feel right here.
Any energy that makes us feel off or down may be caused by some sort of attachment.
Have you been feeling this grasping energy,
This desperate need for a specific outcome?
Or have you felt attached to external validation?
What is it that you feel attached to?
The one and only Buddha once said attachment is the root of suffering.
Breathe around that.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Inhale.
Can we learn to detach,
To let go,
To break any ties,
Any
Specific need for something to look or be a certain way?
Release your grip.
Inhale slowly.
Exhale,
Let it go.
There is freedom in letting go.
Can you actually feel the release and feel the relief?
Practicing this non-attachment.
And that doesn't mean you do not care.
It means that you are here to surrender.
And you know that it's time to let go of control.
Remembering that what is for you will not pass you.
And nothing that is meant for you will ever get away.
Coming back to trust.
Coming back to your abundant mindset.
Where there is no attachment,
There is room for abundance.
When we're not attached to that one thing,
That specific thing,
It makes room for more.
Slow breath in.
Big exhale.
Feel the space you are creating.
Letting go of all your ties.
All the desperate energy.
Shifting your attachments to your abundance.
The reason we form these attachments is because we crave familiarity.
So may you let go.
And start to see what you can make room for.
Not something new to attach to.
But a whole different way of being.
Living in abundance.
Living in peace.
Attachment is the root of suffering.
Really let that sink in.
Breathe it in.
And breathe it out.
What does that look like for you?
What attachment leads to suffering for you?
Slowly,
Over time,
Freeing yourself of your deep attachments.
So often these attachments are outside of us.
So may you remember the way forward is inward first.
Notice your energy now.
Feel the freedom in your mind and your heart,
Even if it's a subtle shift.
Slow breath in.
Exhale.
You are different when you are not attached.
May you keep letting go.
Keep creating the awareness you need to release your grasp.
Abundance over attachment.
I'm with you in this.
Let's take one more breath together.
Inhale.
Exhale.
From my heart to yours.
