Hi my friend Give yourself the space and the time that you need to soften Allow the weight of your body to rest into whatever's holding you Feel yourself drop into this moment Without any judgment,

Just noticing your connection to your breath Notice the depth of your breath Notice the pace of your breath Notice all that is swirling within you Encourage your breath to deepen to slow the swirl Inhale Exhale Full breath in Full breath out Inhale,

Feel your heart open Exhale,

Feel your shoulders drop Every breath you take is proof that you are making it through Every inhale and every exhale is a sign that you are navigating what you are navigating And you are alive Feel your entire face soften Feel your heart and mind rest The fact that we inhale and we exhale to stay alive Reminds us that we need all that we feel within us to be alive The duality The inhale and the exhale are completely different Just like grief and gratitude Excitement and anxiety Certainty and uncertainty Joy and sadness Fear and trust All the conflicting emotions that might be swirling around within you is just a reminder You are alive You are awake Inhale Exhale The inhale taking in The exhale letting go One not better than the other Both needed My friend,

It's okay to not be okay It's human to not be okay Let your breath continue to remind you that all is allowed to exist within you And it is safe to feel Inhale Exhale What is it that your breath is reminding you?

Feel how your breath brings you closer to your heart and your deep knowing There is nothing wrong with how you feel There is nothing wrong with how you feel Allow the breath to support and hold each feeling And maybe each feeling And maybe each feeling within you Is not asking for intervention Simply asking to be seen and known The breath holds space Feel Breathing in Breathing out Whispering to yourself,

I am alive and I am allowed to feel I am alive and I am allowed to feel I am alive and I am allowed to feel I am alive and I am allowed to feel Let yourself be impacted by your life It makes sense to feel how you feel May you continue to let your breath remind you of the duality,

Your humanness Steady breath in Steady exhale Notice maybe a subtle shift within you If your heart could speak,

Follow your breath in Follow it out Thank yourself for choosing to breathe and feel Wiggle your fingers,

Your toes,

Take your sweet sweet time Go slowly,

I’ve been depressed for a while now and this meditation was helpful to realize that I don’t have to suppress my thoughts and feelings. She has a soft, soothing voice. One thing I really liked was that she left space between her comments to contemplate what she had said.

This was wonderful 🩷. Thanks so much. I think your are 29 and you dont have children,but you will get one,in near future.It's a gift/talent I have I am far from always right, often enough wrong, but I can sense and feel information about people, without and before them telling me.
