Hi my friend,
Welcome to this moment.
Allow yourself to arrive just as you are.
This meditation is for you if you feel the weight of doubt,
Of fear,
Or you are healing.
We need this reminder of hope and to hold on to the light and the trust in our journey.
Soften your entire body into whatever is holding you.
Soften your gaze,
Maybe closing your eyes.
Taking the biggest breath you've taken all day,
Maybe all week.
Inhale.
Big exhale.
Ah.
Slow,
Steady inhale.
Big exhale.
Feeling your mind and your heart arrive.
Settling in right here.
Breathe in.
Breathe it out.
Taking this time to really see yourself.
Hold what is present and real and true to you in this moment.
Part of living in hope is recognizing when you are not.
Notice the fear,
The lack of trust,
The anxiety.
Allow your breath to soften it all.
Inhale.
Exhale.
It makes sense to feel how you feel.
Now as you sit here and drop into your heart,
Where is the evidence of your hope?
Where is the evidence of your resilient heart?
Where is the evidence of you navigating it all?
Gentle inhale.
Slow exhale.
The fear and the doubt live in the mind.
Live in the mind.
Hope lives in the heart.
What does hope feel like to you?
Can you embody the essence of hope?
Moving from seeking hope to maintaining hope.
Breath in.
Exhale.
Into the heart.
Into the deep knowing.
Hope cannot exist without trust.
Where there is hope,
There is trust.
Hope reminds us that we will be okay.
Hope reminds us that we are not on this journey alone.
Hope reminds us that we are not tested for nothing.
Breathe in.
Breathe it out.
You are growing even though you cannot see it.
You are healing even though you may not feel it.
Right here,
Can you visualize letting go of the worry,
The scarcity mindset,
The doubt,
The fear and hold onto hope instead?
Realizing that you don't have to reach too far for it.
Hope is within you.
Waiting to be held.
Waiting to be rediscovered.
Feeling deeply rooted in hope.
Allowing the feeling of trust to flow into every inch of you.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Hope overcomes fear and welcomes love.
Hope overcomes doubt and welcomes trust.
Hope overcomes worry and welcomes resiliency.
Hope overcomes anxiety and welcomes self-belief.
Hope overcomes overwhelm and welcomes peace.
Hope overcomes anger and welcomes strength.
How can you cultivate hope?
How can you hold on?
May you have this awareness that even though your world may feel heavy and your mind is spiraling,
At any given moment,
You can remember hope.
You can remember hope.
You can choose to seek the joy in the waiting,
In the unknown.
See the beauty in the ordinary.
And meet hope in the unexpected places.
Slow,
Slow breath in.
Sigh it out.
Notice the feeling in your heart now.
Notice the trust.
Where there is hope,
There is trust.
How does it feel?
Notice the shift within you.
Realize that you can be a part of your hope.
You can awaken hope within you.
And return to love.
And return to trust.
Breathe it in.
Let it all go.
Soften for a moment longer as you hold on.
If your heart could speak and add a little bit more hope into your life right now,
What would it whisper to you?
Breathe in slow.
Let it go.
Maybe rocking your head side to side,
Rolling your shoulders gently.
Maybe placing your hands over your heart,
The space where your hope lives always.
May you continue to drop in.
May you continue to hold onto hope and trust you are held and you are making it through.
From my heart to yours.
