Hi my friend.
This is for you if you feel like your mind is swirling and you are stuck in the overthinking mind.
This meditation will help you drop into the deep knowing that lives in your heart where you can remember you will be okay.
Begin to settle right here.
Notice if your mind is going a million miles an hour and see if,
Despite the fast-paced energy in your mind,
You can start to slow down.
Use your breath to re-center,
To re-ground.
Inhale through your nose,
Exhale let it go.
Softening your face,
Your shoulders.
Inhale deeply,
Big exhale.
The anxiety and the worry that is on your mind is because you are not here.
So bring yourself here.
Breathing in,
Breathing out.
Breathing in,
I am safe.
Breathing out,
I am here.
Breathing in,
I am safe.
Breathing out,
I am here.
Slowly regaining your presence and feel your awareness move out of your mind and into your heart.
The mind will try to pull you back into the downward spiral.
Simply remember that your thoughts have no room here and all you need to do is rest in your heart.
Breathe in,
Exhale.
Really feel the dropping into your beating heart.
Within your heart there is a steadiness,
A gentle energy.
Within your heart is where you remember you are okay and you will be okay.
Breathe in,
Let it go.
Within your heart there is hope.
Within your heart there is no doubt.
Within your heart there is trust.
Within your heart there is peace.
What else is waiting for you within your heart?

You are resilient and you've proven time and time again just how deep your inner strength flows.
Tell yourself,

Really feel this beautiful reconnection with your heart.
Feeling your heartbeat,
Feeling how connected your breath and your heart are and how instead of the mind whispering fear into the heart,
Can speak kindly to the mind.
