Hi my friend.

This is for you to slow down and feel ease and peace in your body.

It's very simple.

It's meant for you to just breathe with and really allow the words to sink into your heart effortlessly.

Closing your eyes if you'd like.

Allow yourself to really land here.

Breathe in through your nose.

Exhale out your mouth.

Softening from head to toe.

Feeling your energy start to slow down.

Reunite with your breath.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Maybe placing a hand on your heart and one hand on your belly.

Just holding yourself.

Feeling your heart beat.

Feeling the rise and the fall of your belly.

I am safe.

I am here.

I am safe.

I am here.

I am safe.

I am here.

I am safe.

I am here.

I am safe.

I am here.

I am safe.

Continue to whisper these affirmations in the quiet of your own mind.

Slow breath in.

Slower exhale.

Notice the shift within you.

Maybe notice a more steady energy.

Now whisper anything else you need to hear.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Soften into this new light.

This new loving awareness.

Feel the safety and the stillness for a moment longer.

Really feel your presence.

Follow the breath in.

Follow the breath out.

Follow the breath out.

Now gently take this into the rest of your day and go slowly.

With ease and trust that you are safe.

That you are here.
