Often we notice our stress level.
My friend,
When was the last time you noticed your joy level?
It's easy to let big things steal our joy,
Or little things steal our joy.
It's easy to get distracted and forget what really matters.
It's easy to not notice where the joy is,
Where the good and the light is present always in our life.
Slow down here and start to see.
Can you notice how you can feel happy and joyful in a million different small,
Small ways?
Joyful for this breath in,
And this breath out.
Joyful for this body,
This heart,
These lungs.
Joyful for your mind,
That you're learning how to be friend.
Joyful for the sky above you and the earth beneath you,
You are held.
Allow your mind to wander,
To feel into the joy that is here,
That is present in your life.
Awaken to joy.
It's here waiting for you.
Let all the little things add up.
Practice being blown away by the small things.
Joyful for the littlest things.
