My name is Eden and I am a meditation guide and a Reiki master teacher.
And today we are going to be doing a 60-minute Reiki session oriented around cleansing and clearing.
The whole system.
The whole system,
The energetic body.
The physical body,
The mental,
Emotional.
Embodying the vessel.
And so wherever you are,
Just seeing if you can make yourself about 5% more comfortable right here.
Just starting to settle in.
Taking whatever gentle movements you need and then ushering in some stillness.
Maybe the eyes have already closed from top to bottom.
I'm just starting to notice the breath.
This breath.
This breath.
The one that moves in and out.
Right here.
To starting to let yourself recognize that each breath is new.
And yet.

.
There's this depth of.
.
.
Familiarity in your breath at the same time.
There's this knowing of self.
That comes closer to the surface when we just turn towards the breath.
And so just letting yourself be with the breath here.
Knowing there's nothing more that needs to be done.
Nothing to tick off the to-do list with the breath.
How can you let just noticing and being with the breath be enough?
Be enough.
Even using this moment as an exercise to release that part of our mind that clings to meaning,
To understanding.
You might find yourself saying,
Enough of what?
And just gently letting go of that question.
Letting enough speak for itself.
A felt sense.
Coming online.
This breath,
The one moving through you right now,
Is enough.
Good.
And as your body continues to naturally move,
Breath in and out.
Can you let yourself start to focus gently on the body?
This body,
The one that opens.
And closes for each breath.
The body that holds the breath.
Noticing the shoulders becoming slightly wider,
The ribcage opening.
The hips dropping,
The belly button reaching with each inhale.
And the settling of the body with each exhale.
Starting to tap into that idea.
That you are the vessel for the breath.
This beautiful container.
Able and willing to hold air and turn it into life.
A miracle.
Commonplace.
Being the vessel.
And maybe just maybe hear you.
Start to imagine that the walls of your vessel get a little more thin as the breath takes up more of the body.
Maybe this stays purely imaginal.
Maybe you start to feel the breath move closer to the surface of you.
Being right here.
Letting yourself fill up with more breath each round.
Being this beautiful vessel that you are.
And holding even more breath with each round.
Not through force,
But through invitation.
Through the mind,
Through the body,
Interweaving.
And maybe just maybe here now.
You invite in this feeling that the walls that separate you from the outside world have gently dissolved.
And this breath that starts in the chest fills up the space from there,
Out,
Out,
Out,
Beyond your body,
Integrating back.
Into the space around you.
Letting the walls of your body dissolve.
And noticing how you can hold even more breath here.
Even more life and presence here.
Surrender this presence.
Cleansing,
Clearing the system.
Just by acknowledging our wholeness.
With everything beyond us.
Because we've let that barrier dissolve.
Deep breath in and soft breath out.
Giving yourself permission to stay in this state,
This felt sense wherever you are.
Just allowing yourself to settle.
Settling into this relaxed state.
Slower brainwave state.
Where feelings and metaphors and colors and memories can be more alive,
Have more space.
We invite all of that in here.
With the pursuit of cleansing and clearing.
Releasing what no longer serves,
Recognizing what does.
And just settling in this comfortable place within you more and more.
As I use these next few moments to clear the space and both of us.
And just right away this beautiful pink lotus flower appeared right above the crown.
Just as large and wide as the body beneath it.
There's a common phrase,
No mud,
No lotus.
And yes,
This beautiful intricate flower grows from the mud.
It needs the mud,
It needs the work.
In order to be created for the beauty to come online.
And It filters.
It filters through the mud,
It gathers its resources even while in the mud.
To keep reaching.
Higher.
Higher.
Trusting that there is enough material in the mud for alchemy.
And that just through that choice of filtering The beauty is already coming online.
The stem can reach to the surface.
The flower can bud and bloom.
But only through that trust.
That alchemy that exists in the choice the seed has.
To find support in the mud.
And so just letting that message,
That visual land somewhere in the body.
As you soften the entire physical system to that message.
Relaxing the body,
Letting the lotus in.
Maybe imagining that that lotus flower gently slips just under the crown.
And then it moves down.
Third eye center,
Down the head.
Brushing its soft petals over and through you.
Moving through the throat and settling into the top of the heart.
Its petals reaching towards the throat.
The crown,
The third eye feeding that lotus like the sun and the rain.
And holding that visual for as long as you'd like.
And just letting it go when that feels complete.
Softening back into your relaxed state.
Gently dissolved Deep breath in,
Soft breath out.
You And just as I offer the classic Reiki symbols to the system right now.
It came back with this visual of this.
Pink crinkled tissue paper.
With some sparkles in it.
I can feel the texture of that paper.
That once you create those.
Patterns in the tissue paper it becomes so much more malleable.
So much more potential.
So many different options and shapes.
Strong and fluid.
And it's just helping me consider that.
In its resting state.
It's much more.

Useful.
With all of those crinkles,
Without the symmetry of how you might buy it.
It needs this disorder.
To step into its intended purpose.
It needs this disorder to step into its intended purpose,
Its path,
Its dharma.
Let the mess be the sign that you are exactly where you're supposed to be.
Just taking a moment to scroll through your system,
Noticing any subtle shifts of spaciousness.
Retention.
Adding that message,
That visual of that pink sparkly tissue paper.
Just land somewhere within you.
As a totem.
For you to call upon.
When you so choose.
When our day is asking us,
Why can't there be order and understanding and clarity,
We reach for that tissue paper.
That playfulness that can only really exist in that disorder and the trust that's here too.
Stepping into.
.
.
Even more full potential.
And just gently,
Slowly,
Softly letting your mind release that visual.
Taking a few slow breaths.
And softening back into that beautiful witness state.
Where the barrier of you to the world has dissolved,
Your consciousness settles gently as if at the bottom of a river.
Witnessing your own energy.
As it moves in and out here.
And just taking a moment here at the throat.
You're welcome to bring your attention,
Your awareness there,
Or just continue to stay curious,
Open,
Aware,
Relaxed.
And the throat today's presenting.
Like it's separated into this light blue color on the left side and this darker blue on the right side.
A lighter blue is commonly associated with the throat chakra.
And that darker indigo is more third eye.
And so right now I really just want to be present with this separation.
See what the throat might need.
That's not presenting.
Hmm,
With any sort of ill intent?
Nothing like that.
Perhaps this is just the baseline the throat needs right now,
This deep link to the intuition.
Third eye.
So just continuing to notice your breath,
Notice what's already enlivened in your system after hearing that from my voice.
Even just through that vocalization,
The energy shifted,
Just being witnessed.
It changed.
It's the power of our witness,
Our awareness,
Our attention.
And it's shifted more into,
Again,
Another beautiful,
Playful visual.
Two streamers.
One that light blue,
One that dark blue.
They're just being interwoven,
Like ribbon dancing.
No rhyme.
There's always reason.
In the place.
While the colors are separate,
The ribbons are separate,
Together they bolster the beauty.
There's something that happens.
When two different things come together and become a third.
Greater than the sum of their parts.
And that exists within you now with the throat and third eye.
When these two integrate,
Dance around each other,
Trust that dance and play.
Balance over Symmetry that what is created is beyond these two centers.
Goes above.
Has the capacity to connect.
Even more.
In both of these centers separately.
So go ahead now and take that inhale through the nose,
Inhaling up to the crown.
And exhale that air out the mouth.
A few more rounds like that in through the nose,
Up to the crown.
And gently out the mouth.
Continuing this breath pattern for another minute here,
Really relaxing that space between the eyebrows.
Really letting the throat be supported through the exhale.
As if the throat is what's pushing the air out.
Linking these upper chakras,
Maximizing support,
Cleansing,
Clearing,
Reaffirming.
Stepping into this power in a new yet familiar way.
Two more right here,
Nowhere else.
And with that next exhale,
Gently letting that focused breath pattern go.
Watching the breath move in and out as it pleases.
And just taking a moment with yourself here.
Noticing whatever you notice.
Letting whatever is passing through pass through And when you're ready,
Gently settling back in.
To that quiet,
Calm,
Restful place.
Where your system is one with everything within and beyond.
And we'll just be here for a few minutes continuing to breathe,
To settle,
To notice.
So I just clear that inner channel.
There's just a little bit of calcification on the right side of the channel between the crown and the third eye.
Or just working to clear that,
Continuing to breathe nice and gentle.
Nice and slow.
Offering your system that peace.
Your breath as the way to cleanse and clear the peace that carries any stagnation out offering it back up and into the world around us.
Letting that alchemy come back online.
Knowing that there is this deep sense of beauty and reciprocity.
That happens when we offer the world our old stories,
These calcifications,
These ideas that no longer serve us,
These behaviors we'd rather leave behind.
When we offer those to the universe,
Not out of hate,
But care.
The universe can hold them.
Can start to alchemize them into something more supportive.
More beautiful.
The world,
The universe gets more material to work with.
So taking a moment to just let the corners of your lips gently curl up,
Even if it's imperceptible to anyone beyond you.
Softening too,
That beauty,
Letting a moment of care in as we release.
Whatever this old story or idea is,
Trusting the universe to create something more beautiful.
To thank yourself for the act of courage to offer it up.
Out of that care.
Deep breath in and soft breath out.
Settling back into that calm,
Quiet place.
And just through cleansing,
Clearing this upper part of the channel,
Now there's this firetruck red.
Almost like paint through the channel.
And that deep red is associated usually with the root chakra,
This place of the logistics of our lives,
Getting our needs met.
This is food,
Money,
Shelter,
Work.
It's also our own personal non-negotiables,
Our values start to be created here,
How we live through them.
So to me this is just speaking on how deeply rooted Your root chakra is with your highest self.
Your intuition,
Your truth.
This connection between other universe source and the deep logistics of life.
And that you are supported beyond belief.
Yet we now step into believing it more fully.
Supported in belief.
What you desire,
You deserve.
What is here is for you.
What is to come,
Is to come.
And we invite in the surrender not to.

.
Cease action.
But to keep.
Moving forward in aligned action.
Surrendering to the reality that's right here.
We're just letting this red move through the system.
Linking the root to the crown to every chakra in between.
Knowing that what is of you and for you.
Can move through you.
Any channel in any chakra.
And that our logistics and needs are allowed to be taken care of by spirit,
By universe,
By truth and trust.
Settling in to your felt sense of trust.
Right here.
Softening.
Opening.
Relaxing.
You are right on time.
You are exactly where you're meant to be.
And just moving now more specifically to that heart.
And perhaps the solar plexus area as well.
Again,
You're welcome to move your attention there or just continue.
To soften into you.
Your gentle awareness at the center of your being.
I'm just tracing the channel of the heart through the body.
Noticing this really lovely flow going down,
Down,
Down towards the root,
Curling to the left and right.
Around those hip bones.
Fluidity.
I like a river.
And just as we go upstream towards the crown,
There's just a little bit more of darker waters.
Not with more momentum but just with a little turbidity with little bit of darkness harder to see to the bottom of the stream.
This idea too that just because sometimes the water gets muddy doesn't mean that it's any less healthy.
We're good.
Or as it needs to be.
And oftentimes we need things to be stirred up to start to understand the nutrients that are still available,
That are still here,
That have just been hiding.
It's important to have.
Some of the start kicked up.
And a trust that it will settle.
To know that sometimes our channel isn't perfectly clean and clear.
Yes,
Having that as our baseline is ideal.
Having it around as much as possible would be lovely.
And sometimes systems,
Homes,
Need to get messier before they can get cleaner.
More organized.
The spring cleaning.
Taking things out of the cupboards.
Thinking,
Oh,
I thought I got rid of that a few seasons ago,
That imposter syndrome.
That self-esteem hurdle.
That old idea,
Huh?
It's still here.
Now I know.
And we cleanse and we clear.
We donate those items to the universe.
Trusting even in the process of our inner landscape sometimes having those muddied waters as a sign of growth.
Evolution.
Embodiment.
Empowerment on its way.
Trusting the muddied waters,
Knowing it's not coming from upstream,
But the bravery it takes to kick up dirt in your own system.
So softening anywhere in the body that's tensed back up.
Gently letting that go.
And taking a few cleansing,
Clearing breaths now.
As if the breath moves in through your crown and out through your feet.
As if with each round of breath you step into and lay down in that river.
Letting the water wash over you,
Cleanse you,
It settles too and the clarity is right here.
Deep breath in.
Soft,
Cleansing,
Clearing breath out.
And we remind this channel that can stay open to continue to release.
To bring in fresh prana.
You're welcome to mentally stay in that river.
For as long as you'd like but trusting your intuition.
Bring you back into that restful,
Quiet place within you.
Whenever you're ready,
Whenever that feels complete.
You right into that solar plexus now.
There's a lot moving through this solar plexus and this gut region.
The visual that just came through,
That we worked through for the last few minutes,
It's really that kind of idea where there's a bolt.
You're trying to use a wrench to unscrew it to loosen it but it's at such an awkward angle or position in its surroundings that you can only do about a quarter turn at a time and then you have to reposition the wrench and keep going over and over again.
These slow adjustments,
These slow movements towards the pursuit.
I can feel like it lasts forever when the motion is so small.
Thank you.
And with time,
That bolt did loosen.
And that nut came off,
Everything was unscrewed,
And there was an energetic release.
Similar to This flow of the river being damned and now free.
There's movement here.
And that to cleanse and clear,
We can't have stagnation.
So we invite in that movement.
We let that stream carry away that bolt,
That nut.
And yet it's also the reminder here in the solar plexus,
In this seat of our power.
This fire in the belly that drives us,
Our digestion of the world around us.
That a lot of times the work is those small adjustments over and over again.
And to really embody a new version of you.
We must welcome in the unsexy work.
Tiny choices that no one else might even recognize as progress or as a new way of being.
The small micro-movements,
The shifts,
The choices on a Tuesday.
That's the work that the solar plexus begs for.
The power to recalibrate through small choices over and over again to instill the deepest change.
So using this as an affirmation that the small choices and shifts and changes you're making are of you and for you,
Even if All the indicators right now are lagging.
That the act of just choosing yourself over and over again is exactly where you need to be.
Deep breath in,
Soft,
Gentle,
Nourishing,
Loving breath out.
A few more like that,
As if there's no rush at all to exhale.
You Good.
Just letting yourself relax yet again.
Releasing that focus,
Coming back to your center.
Settling back in as I now just approach the feet.
The energy here at the feet,
There's this kind of circular motion in each foot moving towards the other.
In a left,
Right,
Left,
Right pattern.
Just as if your footsteps forward are getting larger.
Taking up more space.
Still you,
Still moving forward,
But willing to show up more,
To take up more space,
To be even more on this earth.
Whether that's reach or influence or way of being or mentality.
Your feet show that there's willingness and capacity too.
Just have bigger footsteps.
And knowing too that one step at a time is plenty is enough.
Releasing that.
Very human desire to predict the future and five steps ahead.
Knowing that this step right now is allowed to be enough because that's where the information lives.
And if you can be with this next step,
Soak in this information,
That is what informs the next step.
So that you can constantly be slightly tweaking and pivoting to maintain the path that feels best.
Instead of just trucking through.
To whatever you think is five steps ahead.
So letting yourself be in this one step,
This information collecting phase.
While continuing to show up so fully.
So fully,
More fully than before.
Noticing what that enlivens in your system.
Holding whatever that feeling is.
Softening the body around it.
And breathing into it for three breaths,
Nice and relaxed.
You Good.
And then gently letting that go with the next exhale.
Taking time to meander mentally back to your whole body.
And the breath as it moves in and out of this vessel.
Watching the body open to accommodate each breath.
And from here,
Also starting to allow yourself to notice what else shifts as you breathe.
Perhaps your clothes gently shift,
Your hair.
The weight of your body on the bed,
The chair Noticing how your breath,
This life force,
Starts to ripple out and impact what is just beyond you.
And that with each breath,
You become just a little closer to your soul.
Walls,
The ceiling,
The floor.
Can you sense that?
Without needing to see.
Taking up space naturally,
Effortlessly.
Good.
And just starting to bring a little movement back into the toes,
The fingers,
Maybe the jaw,
The face.
Just allowing yourself to come online again.
And knowing there is no rush to come back into your space,
Taking all the time you need to return to this day and when you are ready.
You can gently bring light back in by blinking the eyes open.
Hmm.
