Transcript

Just find your seat.

Settle.

Come into quiet.

Take three deep and slow breaths.

Let your thoughts settle and release any spaces of holding and tension in your body,

Becoming heavy and relaxed.

Envision in your mind a blank canvas.

As you pull back for better perspective,

Let the canvas begin to fill with images,

Color,

And shape.

The canvas can paint and sketch itself.

And you observe.

Breathe in and out,

Settling,

And then peer closely at the canvas.

What images,

Colors,

Shapes,

Or sensations arise on the canvas of its own accord?

What do you see and experience?

Breathe in and out.
