You've had the chance to learn a bit more about yourself,

And your life has likely started to improve.

So maybe it's time to deepen your practice and continue enhancing your skills by exploring the true nature of yourself within your mind and body.

If you feel ready to move forward,

Thanks to new,

Longer,

And more detailed audio instructions,

You'll be able to refine your mind control skills and learn to calm yourself through your breath,

Reaching an increasingly peaceful and harmonious state.

This will allow you to immerse yourself in continuous practice.

We'll continue this journey together,

And you'll not only get to know yourself better,

But also explore the roots of Buddhism and its principles.

You now have a wonderful opportunity to focus on your personal growth.

Let me remind you of the important aspects of meditation.

First,

Wake up early.

Second,

Wait three to four hours after eating before you sit down to meditate.

Third,

Keep your back straight during practice.

Fourth,

Remain still during practice.

Fifth,

In the initial stages of practice,

It's important to set time limits,

Such as fifteen minutes in the morning and fifteen minutes in the evening.

I have always been inspired by the desire to share this technique in such a condensed format with those who may never have encountered it otherwise.
