He has taught mindfulness and compassion courses, workshops, and meditation sessions to hundreds of professionals in various fields including education, health care, first-response, human resources, and corporate leadership. Beautiful reminder that we're all part of the whole. The quality of audio is not the best, I recommend listening to it low, so that the total silence between sentences don't bother that much.
