Hello,
My name is Dr.
Divi,
And I thank you so much for being here.
Today we will do meditation.
To help us with physical pain.
Physical pain is something that so many of us struggle with.
Our field stop.
You may have started your spiritual journey similar to why I did.
To help with pain.
This meditation is Part one.
Where we actually start to bring our awareness.
Into what's called the observer.
The observer or witness is the part of the mind that can see me sitting here.
And that part can bring awareness to a lot of things that we're unaware of.
But this awareness is actually my gateway.
To spirit.
To the divine,
Because so many of us know that we're not this body,
Then what am I?
The more I step into my awareness,
A couple things will happen number one,
You will notice,
You have less paint.
Number two,
You're going to notice you have more access to your thoughts than when you're in your body.
So that's part one of this,
Part one.
The second part of the work I do is to teach people that goes cause and effect.
Cause is always the mind.
The effect is always the body.
So in this meditation,
We're going to first step into the awareness.
And then the second thing is to start to be open to what is the thought that is creating the pain?
And then once we start to get the handle of that,
Then we can do the second part two of this meditation,
Which you'll see lots of meditations on my feed around forgiveness.
And forgiveness involves staying in the observer and stepping into the divine mother,
But that's the second meditation is simply about observation.
Asking for help,
Being open to a thought.
I'm sending you lots of love and I hope you enjoy this.
Go ahead and close your eyes.
Once the eyes close.
I invite you to take a long breath in.
And take a slow breath up.
Take a deep breath in.
Take a quiet breath out.
Just breathe.
It's free.
With your eyes closed.
Allow your shoulders to soften.
And allow the breath to be deeper.
Inhaling.
And exhale.
Belly rises and belly falls.
This meditation.
It's all about stepping more into the observer.
Specifically for physical pain.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
Low breath in.
Long breath.
To keep profit.
Wireframe.
On your next breath.
See if you can simply start to observe your thoughts.
Noticing.
Ask yourself.
Is that thought future?
Is that thought past?
Is that thought.
Loving.
What is that song?
Just label it.
And put no meaning to it.
And come back to the breath.
On the next breath.
Let's observe the emotion.
What is the observed emotion that you're feeling right now?
As a fear.
Keep serving.
Is it sadness?
Just observe that.
That anchor.
Or worry.
Very cool.
And see if you can tiptoe into the observer.
Or the witness,
Sir.
Of that emotion.
Now see if you can observe where your fingers are.
Maybe observe where your elbows are in space.
Observe where the shoulders are in space.
For the Hepthar.
For the size are.
As you breathe.
Inhale.
And exhale.
Probably rises.
Bye.
Can you observe the temperature?
Of the air.
Observe.
How the air touches your skin.
As you breathe.
Right now.
You're in the witness consciousness.
Can see your body.
You can witness your thoughts.
You can see your fingertips.
Can feel the temperature against your skin.
You can observe that as well.
As you continue to breathe.
As you stay here.
Notice you have no need to attach any meaning.
There's that thought.
Future.
Huh?
President.
Or age label.
Label the emotion.
Just observe that.
And just keep breathing.
And maybe in this moment you're having some pain or some discomfort.
If you can observe that.
Please notice that.
And then see if an emotion comes up because of it.
Maybe it's here.
Or a thought of what's wrong.
Or a worry.
Just notice that.
I could choose to step out of the body-mind complex.
And stay in the witnesser.
Of the experience.
The more you're the witnesser of the experience.
The more you're actually opening up.
The guides.
The angels.
Your device support team.
To my mother.
Which gives you access.
To that space.
Or miracle.
Dan the observer,
The witness.
Take four more breaths here.
Now for the last part of meditation.
If there is some discomfort you're experiencing.
Notice the thoughts that you're having.
And see if you can step out of the thought and say,
Path.
Present.
Future.
Charging back.
Or perhaps have a thought.
May or may not be harsh on yourself.
What am I doing wrong?
What have I done?
And see if you can just witness those as well.
As we breathe.
Very last part of this meditation.
You're now much more the witness consciousness space.
Take yourself to that place in nature.
You begin to see,
Feel,
Sense your guides and angels around you.
And as you look at them,
Ask them.
I know this pain is an effect.
Of something.
I am open to knowing the thought.
You just take slow,
Deep breaths in.
Long slow breaths.
What could be the thought?
Conducted here.
And just stay here for about five or 10 breaths.
I am open.
To that.
Again,
Without beating yourself up or making yourself wrong.
Stay open.
Knowing that in one of their forgiveness meditations,
You can give that to spirit.
Before we start to come back,
Let's go back to the observer.
Can you witness your fingers?
You witness your hair.
You witness the temperature against your skin.
Beautiful,
Take 10 or 20 breaths.
Gorgeous.
And when you're ready,
Wiggle your fingers,
Roll your shoulders,
Stretch your arms if you wish.
Now I get ready.
Beautiful.
The idea of that meditation is to take you into the witness consciousness out here.
Where you can see yourself.
The theory in my work is there is a thought that's creating the health issue.
But sometimes we can't see that thought because the thought is of the ego.
And of lack and of fear.
We go into the witness,
Sometimes the thought pops in right away.
Oh,
That's the thought that I'm attached to.
Or sometimes we should ask spirit for help as to what that thought is.
And then once we start to access that thought as we take it for forgiveness.
That is when the miracle occurs because that fear and then shift to love.
And then everything in the body starts to let go.
We come back into homeostasis.
But the first technique that we worked on today.
Is the awareness.
The observer.
That I am not this body.
I'm not the space.
I'm not the spots.
I'm not the farm.
I want to have that witness that I have access to my guides,
My angels,
My divine support team.
That can help.
The beautiful work.
I'm sending you so much love.
