Hello Brilliant Being,

I'm so glad you're here,

Ready to unwind your mind and body,

To receive deep healing sleep tonight.

I'm Dr.

Liz Slo Nenna,

And there's a reason why you chose this meditation,

Isn't there?

Well,

You've made the right choice if you're wishing to let go of any physical or mental tension,

So you can fall asleep quickly and blissfully tonight.

If you desire optimal sleep and stress relief,

Be sure to listen to my voice for the next 30 days,

At the same time each and every night,

And you will be pleasantly surprised how easy and effortless it is to fall asleep deeply and wake up calm,

Energized,

Each and every time you use this track.

So it's time to unwind your mind and welcome sleep now.

Take the next few moments to get your body completely comfortable,

Nestling into your bed,

Feeling the comfort of your sheets,

The softness of your pillow.

And notice if you could get your body 5% more comfortable by giving gentle adjustments to your head,

Neck,

And shoulders,

Perhaps even wiggling out the shoulders,

Adjusting the hips and legs,

And resting the arms and hands in a comfortable position to receive deep rest.

If you desire a more grounding effect,

I invite you to place your hands face down,

One on the belly and one on the heart,

And welcome that weight to the body and to the mind,

Sensing the weight of your heels sinking into your bed,

The weight of your torso,

Feeling the weight of your skull and your head,

And softening the eyes even more,

Allowing the eyes to relax back and down,

Grounding you into this moment,

Softening the temples of the forehead,

Sensing the jaw and releasing the jaw,

And relaxing the tongue,

Feeling the air around the nostrils,

And welcome you to take a cleansing breath in,

Holding briefly at the top,

And then exhaling with a great sigh,

Releasing what no longer serves you,

To sink even deeper into your inner calm,

And I invite you to do this cleansing breath two more times,

Deep breath in,

Holding at the top,

And then exhaling,

Seeking deeper and deeper,

Inhaling and enjoying the natural expanse and lengthening,

And exhaling,

And feeling that natural release and softening,

And allowing your breath to settle into its natural breathing,

Soothing rhythm,

Allowing the oxygen to flow through your whole body,

Calming,

Grounding,

And centering,

And I invite you to welcome your sankalpa,

Your heart's desire,

And by whispering it mentally three times in the present tense,

Such as I am healing deeply now,

Or I am resting deeply now,

Good,

And allow those words to resonate,

And every muscle,

Bone,

And cell in your body to drift and dream,

To enjoy this comfort even more,

To allow your sankalpa,

Or your heart's desire,

To guide this inner journey to delightful peace,

And deep,

Deep rest,

And begin to feel your whole body resting,

Feeling the weight of gravity holding you in a loving embrace,

And you can sink back and down into the support of your bed,

And feel the body breathing,

Feel the body being,

Feel the body healing,

Allowing your attention to rest in the natural rhythm of your breath,

The breath is softening,

Slowing,

And deepening,

There's nothing that you have to do,

And nothing that you have to try to do,

Allowing the body to breathe all on its own,

And allowing your creativity to arrive all on its own,

By seeing before you,

Your body like the trunk of a giant sturdy tree,

In a beautiful enchanted forest,

So that with each and every breath you take,

Allowing your roots to sink deeper and deeper into the fragrant soil of the forest,

Allowing your roots to go as deep as they need to go,

To receive the nutrients of the earth,

To anchor you into your stillness,

And as you ground yourself and root yourself,

All your tissues becoming heavier and heavier,

As they become deeper and deeper,

More and more relaxed,

Because the deeper you go,

The more relaxed you go,

And the more relaxed you go,

The deeper you go,

And allowing with each breath to expand,

Lengthening your trunk,

Lengthening your limbs of your grand tree,

So you lengthen upwards to the sky,

Unfolding to whatever height is just is just perfect for you today,

Allowing to innervate your limbs and leaves,

And perhaps in your next breath,

Breathing in and smelling the delightful aroma of the forest that you are in,

Even hearing the songs of the birds that chirp and sing nearby,

A symphony just for you,

And the relaxing breeze of the nearby trees,

Welcoming you more and more into this serenity,

All around being bathed into this forest of natural sounds and aromas,

Of this enchanted woodland,

That's peaceful and tranquil,

Allowing the whole body to open to the experience of these sounds,

So you're sensing with your ears listening deeply,

To receive any and all suggestions that are most helpful for you,

Body,

Even the nerves,

To be soothed by these gentle sounds,

Noticing the grounding presence of the body and of the roots,

Cascading,

Being connected to the immensity of the earth beneath you,

Stretching out in all directions,

Becoming one with the source of inner resource,

Feeling the solid,

Supportive,

And abundant nutrients of the earth flowing to you and with you,

So that the whole body can absorb this abundance and allow your awareness to be guided by this healing,

Powerful body scan,

So that each place of the body that is named can release and soften any and all tension or rough edges,

So that it can be softened and soothed and relaxed and healed,

Allowing the abundance and healing to resonate with each place that is named,

The crown of the head,

The scalp,

Inside of the mouth,

The roof of the mouth,

The tip of the tongue,

Inside the left cheek and the right cheek,

The teeth and gums,

Nostril,

The tip of the right nostril,

Sensations inside the nose,

The left eye,

Tiny little muscles of the left eye,

The eyelid,

The eyebrow,

In between the eyebrows,

Allowing the global radiance and sensation of warmth,

Of healing in both these areas,

Spreading to the back of the skull,

The left ear,

Receiving sound,

The inner left ear,

The space between the ears,

Ear,

The right inner ear,

Listening,

Receiving sound and suggestions,

Sensing both ears simultaneously,

Both ears open,

Receptive,

Receiving,

Allowing the healing to spread down,

Sensing down with awareness,

Into the throat,

Sensing the flow of air within the throat,

The small of the neck,

The center of the collarbone,

Flowing to the right shoulder,

Wrist,

Back of the hand,

Right thumb,

First finger,

Second,

Third,

Pinky finger,

The whole right arm,

Shifting up to the left shoulder,

Left wrist,

Back of the hand,

Palm of the hand,

Left thumb,

First finger,

Second finger,

Third,

Pinky finger,

The whole left hand,

Felt at once,

Feeling the natural release,

The lightness and the heaviness,

And shifting to the right side of the chest,

The left side of the chest,

The sternum,

Navel,

The upper back,

And the lower,

The right hip,

The right knee,

Ankle,

Top of the right foot,

Sole of the right foot,

Big toe,

Second toe,

Third,

Fourth,

Pinky toe,

The whole right leg and foot,

Held in awareness,

At once,

Shifting the healing to the left hip,

Left knee,

Ankle,

Sole of the left foot,

Big toe,

Second toe,

Third,

Fourth,

Pinky toe,

The whole left foot,

Allowing the healing to happen,

Shifting to the tailbone,

Sacrum center,

Going through the entire length of the spine,

Skull,

And feeling through the whole body,

Receiving awareness and abundant healing now,

The whole left hemisphere of the body,

The whole right hemisphere of the body,

The whole left of the body,

And the whole top of the body,

And now the whole body,

Once again,

Felt from the inside out,

The entire body listening globally,

The entire body receiving rest,

Healing,

Allowing to sink back and down into the earth,

Into your inner stillness,

Taking a moment now to welcome your source of inner resource,

And whatever color,

Shape,

Allows abundant healing and wisdom to appear within you,

So that this inner sense of well-being is arising from deep inside within you,

Allowing this glowing radiance to spread and go wherever it needs to go,

For healing,

Helpful shifts to emerge,

Allowing you to rest back and deeply,

As this sense of presence and well-being unfold easily and effortlessly,

Enjoying this deep inner peace and deep healing,

Allowing your rest to be so deep and restorative,

Allowing deep,

Dealt-away sleep to emerge,

Beautiful,

Serene dreams,

Allowing rest and sleep to come easily and effortlessly to you when you so choose and desire,

So that you can fall asleep and stay asleep each and every night,

And as your sleep improves,

Your mood and well-being will improve,

You'll find in expected and unexpected ways,

Being able to release your stress and tension by taking more breaks,

To restore your energy,

By doing more things that you love,

And being able to wake up when your body is ready to wake up,

Whether it's an alarm or pre-planned time,

You'll find that you'll be able to open your eyes when the morning time is right for you,

And feel alert,

Recharged,

Rejuvenated,

And energized to do what matters most in your day,

And you can continue to receive these deep,

Delightful healing suggestions,

Until it's the right time for you to wake up,

But as you still deeply rest and enjoy this moment,

Whispering it three times,
