Hello brilliant being,

This is Dr.

Les.

It's time to unwind your mind and welcome sleep now.

If you haven't already,

Allow your eyes to gently close.

Let's go on an N-word adventure to your own personal mind garden to plant the seeds of change for your health and wellness goals.

Yes,

Those goals,

Those wishes and dreams that you have for yourself.

To be healthy,

To be strong,

To be fit,

To be calm and confident,

All those other goals.

So go ahead if you haven't already.

Make yourself 5% more comfortable.

To welcome in 10% more relaxation.

To welcome the wisdom within so that you can see clearly where you are going.

And before you drift and dream,

It's time to create your intention towards your health.

Some examples are,

I am learning how to be healthy,

I am befriending my body,

Or I am becoming stronger.

Whatever words resonate most with you,

Take a moment to plant those seeds of wellness in your conscious and unconscious mind.

And silently repeat those words and mantras three more times.

Making them more a part of you and creating that change you desire.

Great.

Now take a moment for those words to soak in and let them soak in.

And resonate into every muscle,

Bone,

Cell and fiber of your being.

So that expected and unexpected changes in your health and body can manifest now,

Right before you fall asleep.

Because every day,

In every way,

You are becoming better and better in your life and in your health and wellness.

And there's nothing you have to do to make that happen.

Because all you have to do is listen to my voice and allow my voice to guide you to go to your secret garden,

Your mind garden.

Because one part of your mind can drift and dream and go on vacation,

And another part of your mind can drift and dream and go on vacation.

And another part of your mind can listen to my voice and respond to each and every helpful suggestion so that you can deeply relax and achieve those health and wellness that you desire.

And in just a moment,

You'll see a brilliant light cut through the sky.

Enlightening the clouds around it.

And I wonder what color this healing light is for you today.

And as it clears through the clouds,

You see this wonderful light start to spiral downward to you and begin to envelop the crown of your head.

And this healing wave of relaxation can allow any and all tension to release and melt away.

And starting at the crown of your head,

Allow this healing light to soften and soothe your scalp.

Softening your brow and all the little tiny muscles in your eyes.

And allowing it to flow around your ears,

Around your nose and lips.

Allowing more space in your mouth and tongue.

And this healing light can allow your jaw to go slack,

Releasing any and all tension of the day as it simply goes away.

And as this healing light feels like a wonderful massage,

It continues to go down your neck and throat.

Down your shoulders.

And this radiant light flows down your left elbow,

To your left wrist,

To your thumb,

Index finger,

Middle finger,

Ring finger and pinky finger.

Filling it up with light and releasing any and all tension now as it just drips away from your fingertips.

And this healing energy flows to the right side of your body,

So it softens and soothes your right arm,

Right elbow,

Right wrist.

And the light pours into your thumb,

Index finger,

Middle finger,

Ring finger and into your pinky finger.

Feeling this radiance from the inside out,

Filled with abundance and willpower.

And this wonderful wave of relaxation allows you to go even deeper within,

So that your heart and chest are filled with this healing energy.

And works downward towards your belly and stomach.

And down your back,

Bone by bone down your spine to your lower back,

Massaging,

Softening and soothing.

And continuing to work down your legs,

This wonderful serenity flowing from the top of your legs to your knees and tips of your toes.

And also flowing to the back of your legs,

To your heels and to the soles of your feet.

So that you are completely encompassed and enveloped by this wonderful healing light.

So any and all tension is released now,

It simply floats away.

And just allows you to feel light and free.

A wonderful floating sensation that allows you to go deeper within yourself to heal what needs to be healed,

Because you know what you need to do.

To be healthy,

And your unconscious is always listening,

Ready to help you.

And this wonderful healing light can transport you to a brilliant garden that only you can enter,

Your own secret garden.

And this garden may be a familiar place,

Or a garden that you've always wished and dreamed of.

So go ahead and take a good look around,

Seeing vividly all the plants,

All the flowers,

The sturdy and strong trees.

And allow all five of your senses to become alive,

Really soaking in this calm,

This comfort,

And this relaxation that effortlessly comes around.

And taking notice of all the different vegetation and species of flowers and plants that you have in your garden.

Seeing the brilliant colors that you have helped create.

And your garden is exactly the way you want it to be.

The temperature and the season is just right for you today.

The sun smiles upon you and all the plants in your garden.

Perhaps you can feel the warmth of the sun now embracing you.

And hearing the sounds of nature,

Whether it's birds chirping gleefully,

Or the slight cool breeze rustling through the trees.

And feeling the soft but firm earth beneath your feet as you walk closer and closer,

Further into the garden.

And you may be able to smell the sweet aroma of all the florals,

All the scents of your mind garden.

So just take a moment to really soak in the beauty even more.

And as you look around your garden,

It's time to nourish it,

Whether by watering it or picking out any weeds.

So go ahead and take a real good look at your garden to see if your garden needs anything now.

And you can pick up that watering can,

That fertilizer,

Or even put on your gloves and start to do what your garden needs most from you.

Water the flowers and the plants that need that nutrients,

That water to grow and blossom and bloom.

Or give it some more fertilizer so that the little seedlings can grow big and strong.

Or perhaps it's time to do a little weeding.

So go ahead and put on those garden gloves.

So go ahead and pick out easily and effortlessly every weed in your garden.

That's right.

And you know exactly how to get that weed out by going at the root,

Removing it at its core so it doesn't pop up ever again.

So just take some time and de-weed all the weeds in that garden of yours so that it can be beautiful.

And place any weeds right into that waste bucket or that wheelbarrow right next to you to compost and dispose of later.

And as you're easily and effortlessly removing those weeds,

You start to notice a shift in your mind and body.

Noticing that simple actions can lead to amazing results.

That each and every weed that you pull out in this garden acts like removing unwanted,

Unhelpful habits in your everyday life.

Because it just is one simple change that can create amazing effects for you.

Because as you look at your garden now,

After removing some of those weeds,

You start to feel more confident and proud of the actions that you've taken to protect your body,

To honor your body,

And to cherish your body.

And to cherish this garden that you've created and are responsible of taking care of.

And as you look around and marvel at your garden and all your wonderful work,

You notice to the side of you that there is a perfectly placed plot of land that's just waiting for new plants to be planted.

And in fact,

There's room for three new seeds and new plants to be placed right there.

And so these seeds have something really important and meaningful to you.

That these seeds represent what qualities and activities and helpful habits that you wish to plant and grow and nourish in your body and mind.

So take some time and really notice and really select what you wish to plant in your garden today.

Go ahead and plant that first seed now into that lush,

Supple ground.

Planting it with compassion and intention,

Placing the dirt over it,

Patting the ground ever so slightly,

And maybe even watering it more.

And go on to the next seed,

The next quality you wish to plant for yourself.

And after you've selected it,

Go ahead and dig out a little bit of the ground to place that seed in,

Cover it up,

Pat it with love,

And sprinkle on some more water to allow those seedlings to sprout,

To take root,

To grow and blossom and bear fruit for you.

And now select the next quality that you wish to plant that will bear the best fruit for you in your health.

Go ahead and place that seed in the ground with compassion and intention.

Allow the soil to cover it,

Pat it into place,

And water it again,

Giving it all the nutrients it needs to take root,

To sprout,

To grow,

And to bear fruit.

Because the seeds that you plant today will blossom tomorrow and bear fruit for you in the future.

And as you are reflecting on your wonderful garden,

Feeling even more calm and confident,

Knowing exactly how this garden will look,

And maybe even excitement of what fruit it will bear in the future for you.

And as you take a seat in your garden so that you can reflect on your wonderful work and the beauty that you have created,

You start to listen a little bit more intently.

That you are reminded of what matters most to you,

And you allow my voice to become your voice.

So that you can absorb any and all helpful suggestions,

Your unconscious will come up with three new ways that you can achieve your health and wellness goals today.

That's right,

Three new ways.

It may be simple,

Or it may be even outside your conscious awareness now,

But you will know in due time that your unconscious is helping you.

Whether it's going to bed at the same time every night,

And waking up at the same time in the morning.

So that you have quality,

Deep,

Slow-wave sleep each and every night.

To feel good,

And to have plenty of energy to wake up in the morning feeling refreshed,

Calm and centered,

And having enough energy to perhaps exercise or even move in the morning.

Or perhaps you find yourself choosing healthier food easily and effortlessly.

Picking leafy greens fresh from your garden,

Or choosing fruits over candy.

Really tuning into what your body needs most for the best nutrients.

And finding yourself really enjoying and savoring the meals that you prepare and make for yourself with love.

Each bite you can mindfully savor,

Eating slowly and intentionally.

So that you truly know what nutrients your body is receiving and getting.

And knowing that you can stop eating when you are full.

Knowing the exact amount that feels comfortable for you.

Or perhaps you find other ways to be healthy,

Such as listening to this track on a daily basis.

So that you can continue your health and wellness goals to nourish that garden of yours,

And to nourish that body of yours.

Because every day and every way,

You are becoming better and better.

So allow these words to soak in,

And your unconscious to take the most helpful suggestions for you today.

Right before you drift and dream,

Deep into sleep.

Your unconscious will have a wonderful dream for you about your health and wellness goals.

So that you can sleep so deeply and wake up refreshed.

And you'll be able to wake up at the right time for you and your body.

Whether that's at a pre-planned time,

Or an alarm.

Knowing that for now,

You'll continue to slumber and sleep so peacefully,

So deeply.

Healing every muscle of your body,

Every bone,

Every cell and fiber of your being,

Healing and becoming healthy.

I'll continue to remain silent,

So you can get the rest that you deserve.
