Good morning,

Brilliant being.

This is Dr.

Liss,

And I'm so glad that you are here,

Waking up with me.

Let's start your day with gratitude.

And begin by simply creating more energy in your body and mind by lifting your arms up towards the sky,

And then shifting to the left,

Breathing there,

Shifting back to the center,

And then shifting all the way to the right,

And breathing out,

And coming back to your center,

And allowing your hands to float down to your sides,

Maybe even to your lap,

Creating this energy and flow as we welcome in the day today.

And allow your hands to rest upwards with your palms facing towards the sky,

Ready to receive the abundance of life today.

And if you haven't already,

You can gently close your eyes,

Welcoming the wisdom within.

As you settle into this moment,

Allowing the fog of the early morning to dissipate as your mind and body become more and more awake with each and every breath that you take and every word that floats through your ears.

By beginning your day with gratitude,

Can set the attitude of abundance throughout your entire day.

So just allow your creativity to run wild and see before you five things that you are grateful for today.

Let's sit there and savor them.

It can be a person,

A beloved pet,

Or even your lungs that effortlessly bring life and air to you.

Gently hold it close to your heart and feel the radiance from within expand,

Filling you with an inner glow from head to toe.

And whenever you're ready,

You can open your eyes,

Feeling alert,

Refreshed,

And filled with abundant positivity.

And you can give a good stretch to welcome in the day even more into your body and mind.

And if you have benefited from this meditation,

Consider saving it so you can practice with me every morning and begin your day with gratitude.

And to deepen your practice,

Comment below with the things that you are grateful for to share with the world and share with me because I always love reading and seeing your comments.

May you find pockets of peace throughout your day.

Take care.

I'm grateful for the soft cool air on my face, the taste of the grape I had with breakfast, the ability to be able to sit on the floor, my daughter and that I have time to sit and meditate this morning.

I was preparing breakfast while listening. I am grateful for my family, for the food in the fridge, for my hands being able to make food, for the warmth at home, for the peace in me.

I like that I had to think and concentrate on 5 things. It makes you ask why you are grateful too and makes the meditation go deeper. Thank you. I also like your voice tone! Im grateful for; Daisy dog for being gorgeous and loyal, my family especially mum who is 90 and still healthy and supportive, my house for keeping me warm and dry, my body for working well, and my work, as i love what i do, especially helping people to love what they do too.
