Good evening brilliant being.

This is Dr.

Liz.

Let's end our day with gratitude to welcome in blissful,

Easy sleep.

The interesting thing is that there has been research that indicates that people who end their day with gratitude reflect on all their wonderful treasures at the end of the day have better and deeper and faster sleep.

So let's give that gift to ourselves tonight.

Go ahead and make yourself even more comfortable in your cozy bed,

Allowing any and all adjustments to welcome that calm ease tonight.

And if you haven't already,

Go ahead and gently close those eyes so you can welcome the wisdom within,

And you can welcome sleep now.

And perhaps it's been a busy day,

And let's unwind your mind now,

Allowing all my words,

Or some of my words,

Flow through you,

Guiding you to this blissful state of serenity.

That you can take a wonderful cleansing breath in through your nose,

Holding at the top,

And then give yourself a wonderful exhale.

Sighing out of your mouth,

Letting go of the day,

Because a sigh signals to the body and mind that it can let go of what no longer serves it.

And as your breath continues to guide you deeper and deeper in the coziness of your bed,

Feeling more comfort spread from head to toe with each and every breath that you take.

Sinking deeper and deeper into your plush bed,

The warmth of your sheets,

Softening and soothing any and all tension in your body.

Sinking deeper and deeper into your plush bed,

The warmth of your sheets,

Softening and soothing any and all tension in your body and mind.

And as you begin to drift and dream,

Allow your mind to unlock its wonderful creativity,

Allowing these images to be as vivid as vivid can be.

And as we welcome in gratitude tonight,

I invite your mind to effortlessly bring up five things that you are grateful for today.

That's right,

Five things.

It can be a person,

A beloved pet,

A smile of encouragement from a stranger,

Or even something wonderful and serendipitous that happened to you today.

So as these images become more and more clear,

Really spend some time with each and everything that you are grateful for.

And hold it close to your heart.

Feel that warmth,

That radiance,

That positivity flow through you and around you from head to toe.

Really savoring this bliss of gratitude and the abundance around you in your life today.

You may even find yourself in this globe of gratitude.

That the corners of your mouth turn upwards to the sky.

That any and all tension has stopped.

That you are in the moment of your life.

That you are in the moment of your life.

That you are in the moment of your life.

That any and all tension has simply melted away.

Knowing the abundance of life and the endless gratitude and wonderful blessings that you have received from your loved ones can help your mind sink into positivity as you sleep tonight.

And as you connect and reflect on all your days blessings,

You can continue to hold these wonderful feelings with you in your heart,

In your mind,

In your body as you sleep deep tonight.

Perhaps even having dreams of these blessings,

Of these wonderful people,

Places or things that light your life up.

And as you sink even deeper into this serenity,

This calm sleepy feeling,

You will find that it becomes easier and easier to practice gratitude,

To reflect on the everyday blessings in your life each and every day.

That in fact you are training your brain to be more grateful and training your brain to be more positive each and every time you practice this gratitude.

And you will be pleasantly surprised how deep and wonderful your sleep is tonight.

As these positive feelings continue to drift deeper and deeper into the serenity.

And because you have such deep,

Satisfying,

Refreshing sleep,

Your mood will improve,

Your feelings of well-being will improve.

And because you get such deep,

Satisfying sleep,

You will wake up refreshed,

Energized and ready to begin your day with gratitude.

So I welcome you to listen to my voice each and every night so that you can welcome sleep,

Deep,

Satisfying sleep and train your brain to easily and effortlessly make gratitude a mindful habit.

And if you benefited from this meditation,

I invite you to save it for later.

Like and subscribe and follow me so that we can continue to practice together in finding the abundance in life together.

And to deepen your practice,

I invite you to comment below with the things you are grateful for,

To share with the world,

And share with me because I always love reading and seeing your comments.

So I'll stay quiet so that you can get that wonderful sleep as your gratitude relaxes you deeper and deeper into your dreams.

Good night and sweet dreams.
