Hello brilliant being,

I'm so glad you're here.

In a few moments you'll be able to turn your dreams into reality while you sleep.

By identifying your goals so that you can connect your unconscious to your consciousness and start going towards your goals today or even tonight.

By the end of this experience all that mental and physical tension will just melt away and you'll be so deeply relaxed that you may find yourself fast asleep even before the end of the session and that's perfectly okay.

Just allow whatever to happen to happen so that you can see how your body and mind receive the rest it deserves.

So go ahead if you haven't already,

Get comfortable to welcome sleep.

Allow your eyelids to close if they haven't already and notice an even more relaxed feeling sweeping over you like a wonderful wave of relaxation.

And I wonder how you'll get 10% more comfortable so that you can become 20% more relaxed.

And now 50% more relaxed.

And now 100% more relaxed mentally and physically.

Because you've had a long day and it's time to rest.

There's nothing that you have to do and nothing that you have to try to do.

All you have to do is allow yourself to listen to my voice,

Drift and dream,

Dream and drift.

And allow all the helpful suggestions to help you become a better sleeper tonight and move closer to your goals tonight.

And you can give yourself permission to let go of what no longer serves you.

That's right,

Let go and let it flow.

And give yourself full complete permission to relax,

Rest and recharge.

Noticing the wonderful sensations of the softness of your bed beneath you.

The points of contact your body needs with the bed and your pillow.

And as you breathe a little deeper and a little slower,

You may find your body and mind start to unwind.

Feeling a sense of coolness as you breathe in and a sense of warmth as you breathe out.

Taking an even deeper breath now to nourish your body and mind.

And a wonderful sigh out,

Releasing any and all remaining tension now.

With each and every breath that you take,

Allowing your body to sink even deeper in this wonderful stillness.

And feeling this natural soothing rhythm rocks you even deeper into sleep.

So that every muscle,

Every bone,

Every fiber of your being is becoming more and more calm and comfortable.

So that nothing disturbs,

Nothing bothers.

You just feel this wonderful sense of deep comfort.

And other sensations and noises fade even more into the background as you focus on my voice.

Because your effortless sleep will be so very deep,

Deep delta wave sleep.

And you will start manifesting your dreams tonight.

Notice how easy and effortless your next breath is.

Because each breath is a new beginning and it's natural and organic for changes to occur in nature and within you.

And there's a reason why you are here.

Because there is something important for you to do.

A goal you wish to achieve.

A wish that you want to make and become a reality.

And with the whoop method we can whoop your life into shape.

The exact shape that you want.

While one part of your mind drifts in dreams,

Another part of your mind can listen to my voice and respond to any and all suggestions so that you can achieve your goals starting right now.

And the first step in whoop is welcoming a wish.

One single wish.

Ask yourself,

What do I want to achieve?

For example,

I wish to exercise three days out of the week at 5pm at the gym because I want to honor my body and mind,

Rediscover my strength,

And actively live a healthy life.

So go ahead and manifest a realistic goal.

It should be slightly challenging,

But achievable,

Specific,

And action oriented.

Good.

Now make it measurable.

How often will you do it?

Where and when will you do it?

And why is it important to you?

I invite you to sit with your wish and your why and feel it in your body and mind to make it more a part of you.

The next step in whoop is identifying an outcome.

For example,

I see a blissful smile on my face,

Strengthening my body and mind.

I am comfortable in my skin and my clothes fit just as they should.

I am proud of what my mind and body can do,

Especially after completing a challenging workout.

I know that this is good for me.

So now it's your turn.

How will it feel in your body and mind to accomplish this wish?

What is the concrete outcome for you?

Now see it happening as you walk through all the steps to achieve that goal.

Use as many of your senses as you can to feel as if you are accomplishing the goal right here,

Right now.

What is seeing around you as you enact your goal?

I wonder if there's other people involved or is it just yourself?

Are you touching or holding anything?

And most importantly,

What emotion do you feel as you accomplish this goal?

Perhaps happiness or peace or even relief or maybe even pride?

And where in your body do you feel this achievement?

Allow some time to soak in this experience even more.

And now the second O in WUP is naming the obstacles that get in your way.

Now see before you now,

What are the obstacles that get in your way of your wish?

That's right.

Go ahead and just name them to tame them.

Of course it's natural to think of external factors like the weather,

Not having enough time or having too much work to do.

So now I invite you to go even deeper within yourself because you are going to see the biggest internal obstacles that are within you,

Easily and effortlessly seeing,

Naming,

Taming those internal obstacles now.

Once you can be honest with yourself,

Compassionate with yourself,

And once you are honest with yourself,

You have the power to set yourself free.

Perhaps the inner obstacle is a false belief that you can't do it,

Or it has to be perfect,

Or maybe even fearing failure itself.

Or if you're not worthy of success.

Isn't it interesting how limiting and constricting these internal obstacles are?

Now remember to name it,

Tame it.

And now we have an awareness of how we are getting in our own way,

And how we can step out of our own way.

And that's okay,

We can release ourselves from our own inner shackles in just a moment.

Because freedom is free,

Because it exists in your mind.

And your mind is your own mind.

Because you are the master of your own mind.

You are your own freedom.

Now the P stands for plan.

So let's make a plan for your freedom.

And a plan for your freedom is the key to unlock your wish.

Your action plan can be a simple phrase.

If an obstacle comes up,

Then I'll do X instead.

For example,

If I think there isn't enough time to exercise,

I will schedule a short 10 minute walk in my day.

And if the helpful thought that I can't do it arises,

I will remember to let it go.

And remember my strengths that allow me to do hard things easily and effortlessly.

So go ahead and create your own action plan.

You have all the answers within you.

If something comes up,

Then I'll do X instead.

Great.

And take a wonderful sigh of relief,

Signaling to your body and mind,

Committing to your conscious and unconscious mind that you are ready to make that dream a reality.

Last but not least,

Let's take your whoop and imagine all the steps that you can take starting today to make your wish become real.

That's right.

Right after you wake up,

How can you grow closer to that goal today?

See yourself using one of your action plans,

Going through those activities and dodging all those obstacles with effortless ease.

Notice how you feel overcoming your obstacles.

Feel if there is even relief,

Surprise,

Or pride.

Seeing and feeling and knowing how easy it is to take action to make your life even better day by day.

And each and every time you take to step forward to your goal,

Perhaps even listening to this meditation every night,

Your commitment grows and your strengths strengthen and your confidence blossoms.

You are your own freedom.

And you will be pleasantly surprised in expected and unexpected ways how easy it is to make your wish a reality.

Very good,

Feeling your power,

Your motivation,

And your commitment in every cell of your body because you are already making a difference now.

Your unconscious is listening to all my words and in the background will help you become even closer to your goals starting tonight and into tomorrow.

Knowing that you are your own freedom,

You are free from any internal and unconscious obstacles now.

You'll notice creative changes each and every day because each and every day and every way you are becoming better and better.

In fact,

When you open your eyes,

You will feel your confidence,

Motivation,

And commitment double so you can get even closer to your wish today.

And allow yourself to bask and be in this wonderful commitment that you are making for yourself so that you can sleep on it,

Dream of it,

And start working towards it as soon as you wake up.

Now enjoy your wonderful sweet slumber and listen to helpful sleep affirmations to get the rest that you deserve,

To heal what needs to be healed,

And wake up refreshed whatever time that may be for you.

And as you drift deeper into this mindful tranquility and deep,

Slow-wave sleep,

You will be able to soak up these wonderful suggestions that are most helpful for you.

And each and every time you experience deep,

Mindful relaxation,

You will be able to drift off easily and effortlessly so that you fall asleep and stay asleep in no time at all.

In fact,

You'll be able to be pleasantly surprised how deep you sleep,

Sleeping so very well.

And you may be pleasantly surprised that you're able to go to bed at the same time every night and wake up at the same time every day to regulate your sleep schedule for optimal sleep and optimal energy.

So as your sleep improves,

Your feelings of well-being improve,

And your quality of life will improve.

As time passes,

You will simply feel more calm,

Clarity,

And confidence every day,

Especially as you're working towards your goals for your health and well-being,

So that you can move forward in these goals that you've set for yourself.

And each and every time you experience mindful,
