Hello Brilliant Being,
This is Dr.
Liz Sloanena and I have meditation for you that will help reset your day,
Decompress from the day,
Or give you an extra boost of energy.
If you haven't already,
Go ahead and make yourself 5% more comfortable,
Whatever honors your body and mind today,
And take a cleansing breath in,
Deep breath through your nose,
Holding briefly at the top,
And then exhale what a wonderful sigh,
Gently closing your eyes,
So that you shift from your outer world to your inner world.
And allow my voice to be a guide to help you absorb any and all suggestions that are most helpful for you today.
I invite you to shift your focus to where your body meets your cushion,
And really feel that support beneath you.
And now if you can,
Shift your focus to the loving weight of gravity around you,
Always there for you,
And with each and every breath you take,
Allowing more calm and stillness to enter your body and mind.
And as you breathe a little deeper and slower,
I want you to see before you a beautiful,
Serene place that is just perfect for you to unwind your mind as if your mind is going on a relaxing vacation.
It can be poolside,
Or even in a beautiful mountain area,
Or on a hammock next to a babbling brook,
Or even in the most relaxing sofa with your dearest pets.
Allow yourself to experience this place with all five of your senses,
That all your needs are met here.
Perhaps you have your favorite beverage or snack right next to you to enjoy,
Giving yourself complete and full permission to let go of the past,
Let go of the future,
And enjoy this delicious moment now.
Almost as if a wave of relaxation spreads from the crown of your head,
Massaging all the way down your neck and shoulders,
Releasing any and all tension as all the stress simply melts away from your body and mind so that you can relax even deeper into this safe,
Serene place that is uniquely yours,
Really soaking up the peace and tranquility here.
In this space,
You are free from worries and concerns.
Isn't it interesting that we often think about everything we didn't do that didn't go well?
But I welcome you to really sit with this question.
What did you do well today?
What is working for you?
And see what answer your body and mind gives you.
Really understand this on a deeper level.
What is working for you?
What you did well today?
And allow this answer to help guide you through the rest of your day so that you can take with you these feelings of peace and calm throughout the remainder of your day.
So that when you open your eyes,
Whenever that is right for you,
You can feel this new energy,
This new mindset,
Knowing what you did well and what is working for you.
So thank you for taking the time to give yourself space and relaxation.
You can stretch back to the moment,
Opening your eyes,
Feeling the shift in your mind,
Body and life.
