Hello Brilliant Being,
This is Dr.
Liz and I am so glad that you chose to start your day with me.
In a few moments,
You will sink deeper into your inner wisdom and inner being so that you can approach your day with this abundant wisdom with you.
I welcome you to sit up a little bit straighter,
As if you were wearing a crown on your head,
Make sure it doesn't slip or fall.
Make any and all adjustments to welcome more comfort to your body and more ease to your mind.
Perhaps shrugging your shoulders up and down to create more energy to welcome this day,
Giving full and complete permission to enjoy the stretches that you give your body to greet the day.
And when you find that perfect spot to sink in a little bit deeper to your cushion or even your body,
I welcome you to take a cleansing deep breath in through your nose,
Holding briefly at the top of your nose,
And then exhale with a powerful sigh out of your mouth,
Letting go of any of the hazy fog or stiffness of the day.
And I welcome you to take two more cleansing breaths in,
Breathing in serenity,
And breathing out,
Breathing in serenity,
And breathing out,
Enjoying the extra oxygen and life that you are giving yourself right here,
Right now.
Right here,
Right now.
Because every conscious breath is a form of meditation that you can do anytime,
Anywhere.
So as you breathe,
You become more and more mindful,
More and more present,
More and more present,
Because there's nothing you have to do,
Nothing you need to do.
Giving yourself full and complete permission to be in this moment,
To breathe and be.
And as you settle into your stillness,
Into your own serenity,
I welcome you to see before you,
And to feel before you,
How you wish to enjoy this day.
See and feel and experience how you would like to feel and throughout this day.
And see before you,
All the little tiny changes that you can do today to bring about those feelings,
Those positive feelings throughout your day.
And you can set an intention that can be one word that grounds you back to this safe,
Enjoyable,
And comforting feeling.
So allow that mindful word to come to you,
For you to receive it,
And feel it deeply,
And affirm it deeply to yourself three more times.
And soaking up this word in every muscle,
Every bone,
Every fiber of your being,
To help guide you throughout your day.
Whether your word is calm,
Or peace,
Or harmony,
Or something else that is uniquely you,
It is a gift to yourself,
For yourself,
From yourself.
And enjoy it,
And feel it.
From yourself,
And enjoy it.
Because anytime you need an additional boost,
To come back to your center,
To your breath,
Just silently repeat that word to yourself,
And easily and effortlessly,
Be transported back to this time of stillness and serenity for your well-being.
And I welcome you to take another cleansing breath in,
Deep within your lungs,
And exhale with a wonderful sigh,
Really see what no longer serves you.
And when you're ready,
You can open your eyes,
And start to wiggle your fingers and toes,
Stretch back into this present moment,
And the world around you,
To enjoy the rest of your day.
