As you breathe allow each cycle of breath to make you lighter. Weight falls away as you exhale and each inhale makes you more buoyant. Imagine floating, free of the weight given to you by gravity, free of weights that you have put upon yourself, on your mind and heart. As weight falls away you are free to fly, to float, to release.
