As you relax, you might check in for a moment. Is there anything you can do right now to make yourself more comfortable? This is a meditation for maximizing comfort, for asking yourself what comfort means to you and how you might get more of it. I will guide you for fourteen minutes or so and then the music will continue but gradually fade to thirty minutes. There will not be a chime or anything at the end to disturb your rest.
