So take a moment,

Wherever you are,

And just pause.

You are making an intentional transition into what's next.

So breathe.

Notice what it's like being you right now.

Breathe and soften.

Notice if you have any leftover residue,

Any feelings,

From whatever has come before.

Notice whatever it took to get you here.

Acknowledge yourself as you breathe and soften.

You are using this moment of transition to clear,

To open,

And to set new intentions for what's next.

Breathe.

And imagine you are there,

Into whatever is next for you.

What will you be doing?

Who will you be with?

What's the highest and best outcome?

How do you want to feel?

As you breathe,

Absorb the ways that you want to feel as you breathe in.

And infuse those qualities into what's next for you as you breathe out.

Breathing in confidence,

Clarity,

Feeling ready.

Infusing them into what's next.

Breathing in ease,

Connection,

Curiosity,

Synchronicity,

And flow.

And infusing those qualities into what's next for you.

You can continue to breathe and imagine as long as you would like.

And when you're ready,

Stretch your body,

Feel your strength and confidence,

Because you are ready to step into what's next.

Thank you so much for this, as an autistic person, transitions are difficult and I always have to set reminders, alerts etc to prepare me for whatโ€™s coming next, this is so helpful to prepare myself not only in a way that my neurodivergent brain can cope with, but for me to stay within love & light.
