My name is Domini Drew with the Art of Attraction and Inner Evolution and this is a mindfulness meditation to become fully present.

Let's begin.

Begin by simply bringing your awareness to your breath.

Try not to change it in any way.

Don't deepen it or change its shape or make it do whatever you think that breath ought to be doing.

And instead just watch it.

Let yourself notice if you don't alter it in any way how far down your body does your breath come on your own.

It may come to your chest,

To your stomach,

To your lower belly.

Just be aware without judgment and if you do hear those voices coming into that effect just notice those and let them go.

They are not relevant here.

Here we are not in a place of assessment,

Judgment,

Mistakes or fixing.

We're just being with what is.

Any thoughts of not being good enough or things should in yourself,

Things should be a different way,

Anything to that effect just let that go here.

It's not relevant in the moment.

You are in this moment exactly as you ought to be,

Exactly as you're supposed to be,

Exactly as you should be.

Take a deep breath now,

Hold it at the top and release it.

Good.

And let your awareness come back and rest on your breath again.

Notice now whether your breath flows in evenly from the front of your body to the back or if without changing in any way it naturally flows more easily one side than the other.

Again with no judgment or assessment of your observations see if it flows in evenly from the left side of your body to the right.

Even when you have a clear vision of the shape of your breath in this moment let yourself get curious about the line where your breath stops.

What is it that's there in your body that is blocking your breath from flowing in even more deeply?

What color is it?

Taking your first impression and trusting that is correct.

Don't worry about being right or wrong.

Just let yourself observe what you notice.

Once you have a color established what is the shape of the thing that is blocking your breath?

What is its texture?

And now allowing yourself to just be empty and open.

Letting yourself sit like a receiving vessel and listening for the answer.

Letting it to flow up to occur to you organically in an upwelling in your body.

Listening for the answer let yourself ask to this place that is blocking your breath if you could speak place what would you say?

Not going in to analysis or extrapolation but rather just allowing this block itself this place to answer you in its own organic words that may surprise you.

Now you can ask it what is it that you need?

Allow it to clarify if you need more clarification you can ask it specifically what do you need me to do until you have something solid that you can do to address this place.

Check in again now and see what the quality is of this place where your breath stops.

Notice if perhaps it has shifted since we first began.

Notice the quality of your breath how does it feel to just be here with what is in the moment?

If what you found was fear based or a strong emotion notice your body's natural tendency to try and block those.

These ways in which you are trying to push them away and instead just know these are just feelings fear anxiety panic hatred frustration these are all just feelings they can't hurt you.

So just allow yourself to sit comfortably with whatever is here in the moment trusting what is.

As you begin to relax around these emotions which you may have created tension against before notice how you start to become more comfortable with your reality.

As you become more comfortable notice yourself feeling a little more safe and as you feel more safe you become more present.

Allow yourself to just be here and witness what is without needing to change or alter it in any way knowing that you're strong enough to feel these feelings and you can always leave your body if it gets to be too much.

There's no pressure to stay in the present just an invitation each moment to be here with what is.

In this way you acknowledge and embody the present moment fully empowered choosing to stay here of your own volition.

Let your body continue to relax as you find more and more safety in the present moment realizing the things that you were trying to avoid or pushing against or defending against didn't need to be defended against at all but just sat with here in the moment.

As this recording comes to a close allow yourself to stay in this space to revisit this recording as often as you want to bring yourself back to this moment of full acceptance of reality and thus full safety in presence.

Becoming aware of the room around you allow yourself to be present to this moment into your surroundings again wiggling toes and fingers allowing though this deep relaxation this deep comfort with the present moment to stay.

This is who you really are.

Thank you for joining me.
