This made her realise that the inner world exploration should not be separated from the body experience. What resonates with your soul or not generates clear sensation in your body. She teaches both vinyasa and yin yoga and her classes start with a short meditation using hypnosis techniques to offer an introspective as much as a dynamic or still practice. Exploring different state of consciousness - through hypnosis, meditation and yoga - to bring more awareness in her life changed her.
