Dima Wadjih

Dima is a certified change practitioner, yoga and pranayama teacher, who is passionate about understanding the nature of reality and experiencing presence through breath and movement. Her teaching is multi-styled, with a foundation in Hatha yoga, the Universal Principles of Alignment and Tantric/non-dual philosophy. She is currently doing a breathwork mentorship to delve into the wisdom and healing benefits of conscious breathing.

Wow! I find box breathing so beneficial and this is the best guided version I’ve found. Your approach to the counting and soft voice helped me relax (sometimes I get too regimented and end up bringing tension into my body with this practice). Thanks so much! Will use this regularly.
