Pattern interrupt process.
This process is designed to help you clear,
Heal and release any unwanted behavior,
Pattern,
Habit or belief.
And to replace it with a new habit,
A new behavior or a new belief that empowers you to get the life results that you want.
So let's begin by closing your eyes,
Finding a position of comfort,
Relaxing your body.
And bringing into your awareness a habit,
A pattern,
A behavior or a belief that you'd like to change.
So for instance,
Let's imagine that you tend to eat emotionally,
Then you would want to bring the feeling,
The emotion of wanting to eat and not being able to stop yourself.
In the same way,
If throughout the day you have beliefs about yourself that create self-sabotage or prevent you from achieving your goals,
Such as beliefs like I'm not good enough or I can't do anything,
Bringing up this belief right now so that you can completely release it and transcend it.
Now as you bring it up,
You're basically bringing the energy and focusing on the energy of that belief or that pattern or that habit.
You could look at the habit or the belief as made up of thoughts,
Of emotions,
Of reactions,
Of actions,
Sensations in the physical body,
Bringing all of that up to be cleared.
Now as you begin to focus on it,
Notice maybe an area in your body where you feel contraction,
Discomfort and focus your awareness there,
Keeping at the forefront of your consciousness your conscious intention of clearing,
Healing and releasing this habit or pattern or belief.
With this intention in mind and with your focus in the place where you feel it the most in your physical body,
Begin to complete 2 to 3 rounds of Breath of Fire,
Rapidly inhaling and exhaling through your nose while pumping your abdomen.

Inhaling and exhaling rapidly through your nostrils while pumping the navel in and out.
So it would sound something like this.
This would be 1 round and you would want to repeat the same process,
Being gentle with yourself,
Not forcing,
Simply inhaling and exhaling with force without forcing yourself,
So being gentle with yourself while using force and moving the navel in on the exhale and moving back out on the inhale,
Rapidly pumping the abdomen in and out as you perform the Breath of Fire.
Now as you perform the Breath of Fire,
Feel the energy building up in your navel,
In your third chakra,
Your navel chakra.
Imagine the fire burning there and this fire is burning the thoughts,
The emotions,
The memories,
The recordings,
The interpretations,
The beliefs,
The habit.
Anything that's associated with the habit,
The pattern,
Is being burnt and released,
Cleared at the level of your third chakra.
So pure energy is being released as the stored energy that was busy recreating the pattern,
The habit or the belief over and over again is freed and now available for something new to be created.
As you connect to this intention and to what is unfolding,
To the release,
The clearing of this old pattern or habit or belief.
Now begin to focus your intention and your attention at the level of your heart.
Some of the energy that was released from the first chakra has moved up into your heart chakra and now the region of your heart has more energy.
Use this energy to expand your heart,
Smiling,
Feeling the release of the pattern,
The habit,
The belief,
Feeling the field of your heart,
The electromagnetic field of your heart expanding as you focus in your heart and you smile.
Relaxing,
Smiling and surrendering to this beautiful energy that's expanding.
And feeling gratitude for what you're experiencing for the release,
The clearing of the habit,
For all of the new energy,
The creative energy that is now available to you to create something new.
Feeling this energy moving from the center of your heart,
Imagine or feel that it's circulating into each and every cell of your body,
Bringing new energy,
New life into each and every cell of your body.
Imagine or feel that it's circulating into each and every cell of your body,
Bringing new energy,
New life into each and every cell of your body.
As you smile,
Relax and surrender,
You can tell each and every cell in your body,
I love you.
Sending love,
A wave of love through your entire body,
Feeling grateful,
Feeling appreciative for your life,
For the function that each and every cell plays in keeping you alive and healthy and well.
Now in this state of heart coherence and gratitude,
Feeling really relaxed,
Cross your arms and your legs so that you can create a state of super learning where both hemispheres of the brains are activated for something new to be downloaded,
Something creative for a new habit to be formed,
A new belief to be programmed into your subconscious mind.
As you cross your arms and legs and you relax and you smile and surrender,
Feeling the love moving from your heart into each and every cell,
Begin to repeat an affirmation,
A statement,
A suggestion that helps break the pattern,
The habit,
Replaces it with something helpful,
With something supportive of your goals,
Your intention,
Something loving,
A positive belief,
A positive affirmation.
For instance,
If your tendency has been to eat emotionally in this moment in time,
In a high receptive state,
As you tap into your subconscious mind,
You could start to repeat,
I am always eating healthy and feeling good when I eat and being conscious and aware,
Or you could say I feel good when I eat healthy foods that nourish my body,
My mind,
My soul.
If you've been operating from a limiting belief such as I'm not good enough or I can't do anything,
You can replace that with a belief such as I am always good enough,
Or you can say I love myself completely all of the time in every situation and in every relationship,
And repeating this affirmation,
This belief at least 10 times while in this state.
Now by repeating the statement,
The positive affirmation,
Which is you focusing on what you want,
Not what you don't want,
Not the habit,
Not the pattern,
Not the negative belief about yourself,
Something empowering,
You are now replacing the program.
You are focusing consciously on what you want and allowing your subconscious mind to get attuned with what you want and with the feelings and the emotions of what you want,
Feelings of love,
Feelings of gratitude,
Appreciation,
Well-being.
You can use this technique anytime that you go into a habit or a pattern or a negative belief,
And you can also use this technique right before falling asleep,
Recalling something that keeps coming up in your life so that you are preemptively and proactively working on releasing it.
And when you do it right before falling asleep,
You are in the theta state,
Brain waves,
And in that state you are accessing the subconscious mind really easily and able to reprogram the beliefs,
The patterns,
The habits that have been running there with more empowering ones,
The ones that will help you achieve the quality of life and the life results that you want most.
