A guided mindfulness practice for increased body awareness that helps you become increasingly aware of your body, easily move your awareness from body part to body part, and explore the space of your physical body in a deeply relaxing and meditative manner. This mindfulness practice for increased body awareness is a wonderful tool to both develop and increase your self-awareness and become aware of where you might be holding tension in your physical body and any associated thoughts, memories, feelings, and emotions that might be stored and participating in tension or discomfort in your physical body.

Nice so far, my first listen I will continue for 9 more days. That meditation literally felt like a couple minutes. And I felt my inner being present. I’d like a little more time in between before moving to the next body parts. Maybe you can make an extended version perhaps. Thanks for this meditation.
