So just make yourself nice and comfortable.

And just gently close your eyes and bring your focus to your breath.

Take a deep breath in and feel it flow all the way down deep,

Deep into you,

Deep into your tummy.

Feel your stomach rise up and just gently breathe out,

Allowing all your breath to flow from you.

Breathe in and just be gentle with yourself.

Gently be in this moment.

Gently be with yourself.

This is a time for you to be with you,

To know you,

To love you,

To be gentle,

To be kind,

To be curious about you.

Breathe in.

Breathing kindness,

Gentleness,

Curiosity.

And just breathe out and feel yourself relaxing.

Gently just sinking into the chair,

The cushion,

The floor,

Whatever you're sitting or lying upon.

And on the next in breath,

Imagine you are breathing in a kind of calmness.

And as you breathe out,

Tension and tightness leave your body.

With each breath,

Feel yourself relaxing more and more.

Breathing in,

Breathing in calmness.

Breathe out tension and tightness.

Feel your body relaxing.

With each breath,

You begin to go deeper into you,

Letting go of the outside world as you gently move into your inner world.

Each breath becoming longer and deeper.

A feeling of deep relaxation begins to move through you and around you.

And this deep sensation of relaxation activates beautiful energy,

The beautiful energy of you which is always around you,

But you begin to feel it and see it.

It's a beautiful crystal light.

The light of you flowing into the room,

Swirling all around you,

Illuminating everything in the room with a beautiful,

Beautiful crystal hue.

Illuminating you,

Illuminating every cell within your body.

Breathe it in,

Breathe in this illumination until every part of you is shining.

Be illuminated by you,

By your higher will,

Your higher self,

By your guides,

Angels,

Light beings,

Loved ones.

Be illuminated.

You feel safe and protected and loved and ready to know you on a much deeper level,

To feel free,

To release all that is not you.

And in this beautiful place,

Bring to your mind something that you would like to let go of.

It might be a person or a situation or a place or a time.

Whatever it is,

Imagine it gently floating in front of you.

You have already felt and experienced the emotions.

So now you will become the observer.

Let it just be.

Let it just float in front of you.

And now you see a thick rope flowing from the thing that you want to let go of.

And the other end is in your hands.

You are hanging on to this rope.

You are hanging on with great gusto,

Like your whole life depends on it.

Gently observe all the things that this rope is attaching to you.

As you watch this scene unfolding,

You begin to realize and you begin to feel within you a lot of your precious energy is being used to hold onto these things.

You invested a lot of your time and energy into this person,

Place,

Situation,

Time.

And it didn't work out the way that you thought it would.

It didn't make you happy or make your life easier.

Look down at your hands and see the pain in your hands from the gripping,

From gripping so hard.

You are hanging on.

You have been practicing this need to hang on for so long that it feels familiar,

An acceptable way to be,

A normal.

But it's none of these things.

Your mind says,

Who will I be?

If I don't practice this,

What will happen?

And you feel the grip tighten and you are not willing to let go.

Take a breath.

Become the observer again.

Just breathe.

You are safe all is well.

Observe yourself gripping and not willing to let go.

And allow the idea to flow into your mind that you are holding on to your obstacles,

Your resistances,

Your restrictions.

And all of these are holding you away from your dreams and desires.

When you let go,

You don't let go of creating and directing your life.

And you certainly don't let go of your dreams and desires.

You let go of the resistance,

The restriction and the obstacles.

Just let that sink in for a moment.

That when you let go,

You don't let go of your dreams and desires.

You don't let go of creating and directing your life.

When you let go,

You let go of the resistance,

The restriction and the obstacles that are holding you away from all of those things that you desire.

Just let that flow through you.

Let that flow through your mind and your body.

Breathe it in.

And just sit with it for just a moment.

Give yourself permission to let all just be.

From the observer again,

Say the hands,

Your hands around the rope.

And now consciously,

You begin to lift your fingers one at a time from the rope.

Gently letting go.

You begin to feel the rope sliding smoothly through your hands.

Something begins to shift.

You feel a release,

A weight being lifted off your shoulders.

You watch the rope as it leaves your hands.

And all that you have been hanging onto floats away like a balloon floating upwards.

Wish it well on its journey.

A strong sense of love and peace moves through you.

And it whispers into your heart and your ears,

I've got you.

I've always got you.

Allow yourself to fall into your grace.

And let us rest here.

Let us rest here for just a little while in the fullness of your source.

Rest.

Be here.

Heal.

Be nourished.

And be.

You begin to feel your energy returning to its fullness.

You are vibrating and glowing.

Feel how good it feels to be lighter.

Imagine all of your cells are smiling.

There is a stirring within you,

A coming back to life.

Colours will become brighter.

Your energy begins to focus on your dreams and your desires.

Open to a new paradigm.

A new dimension.

And new vibrations.

Your set point has shifted.

Your point of attraction has become love.

In the following days,

Ideas will drop into your mind.

Inspired action will form.

And things will begin to make sense,

Creating conclusions and aha moments.

The next logical steps to take will come to you.

Birds will sing louder.

Animals will be attracted to you.

And you will find yourself not worrying so much about the opinions of humans who come into your life.

Let them be.

Love them anyway.

Love yourself.

Love that you have become empowered.

Love the fact that you have just become clear.

And that you can hear your wisdom,

Your love and your truth.

If you are listening to this,

You are a creator.

The process of letting go has freed you up to become more of you.

Honour and thank yourself for the master that you are becoming.

Free will means you must have something to choose from.

Decide right now to care about how you feel.

To be a master is to choose love no matter what is happening.

Gently,

Gently.

Begin to bring your awareness back to your breath.

Breathe in and breathe out.

With each breath,

Feel yourself gently uniting with your physical body.

Feel more and more of you coming back to your body.

Your mind,

Your body and your spirit all coming together as one.

Right here,

Right now in this place.

You are fully present in this moment.

With access to all parts of you.

You created this body,

This life.

And it is the most perfect body for what you have and will create this life.

Cherish its beauty.

Its magnificence.

And its ability to show you where you hold yourself away from you and from love.

Summon all parts of yourself back to this moment,

To this place.

Be fully present.

Be fully present in the magnificence of you.

And when you feel ready,

Open your eyes and see the world through new eyes.

Over time,

Precious information will be Bye.
