Welcome,

Denise here.

I am a soul mentor,

Perspective shifter and an oracle and tarot card creator and it is an honor to guide you through this meditation.

This meditation is an invitation to gently explore your inner world in the way that comes most natural to you.

There's no right or wrong way to experience it.

You don't need to try hard,

Visualize perfectly or make anything happen and when I use the word visualize it simply means to tune in.

For some people that looks like seeing images,

For others it's sensing,

Feeling or having a quiet inner knowing.

Flipping the switch is about recognizing that in any moment there are different ways that you can experience your life and each one is connected to a different expression of you.

This meditation is going to ask you to use your imagination.

Our imagination isn't childish,

It's intelligent,

It's how your inner wisdom communicates,

It's how your inner world updates your outer world.

But know that it doesn't have to be a vivid picture,

You simply need a willingness to feel your way into a different frequency,

A different vibration and it might be a feeling or a knowing.

So just open your mind to the possibility that anything is possible and have fun imagining the life that you truly want to live.

As we begin allow yourself to be curious.

Notice what you feel,

What you sense or what you simply know.

Even the smallest shifts matter because subtle changes often open the biggest doors.

So find a position that feels comfortable for your body and let yourself be right here right now and when you're ready we'll begin.

Wherever you are,

Whenever you are,

Gently softly close your eyes and know that in the closing of your eyes you begin to just gently let go of the outside world and move into your inner world.

Take a deep breath in and just gently breathe out.

Take another deep breath in and just feel it go all the way down deep,

Deep into you.

Feel your tummy rise up and then feel it fall as you just gently breathe out and just keep breathing out and breathing out until all that breath is gone.

You are safe and take another deep breath in and breathe out.

And just know that three deep breaths is enough to help change your sense of being.

You're moving from the stress response to the relaxation response and you're doing it intentionally and you've been breathing all your life so it's something you are good at.

And now just bring your attention to your body,

Just feel your body,

Notice where your body is supported.

Feel the support underneath you.

Relax your forehead,

Your forehead.

Unclench your jaw and allow your shoulders to just drop down and feel any heaviness or burdens being lifted off your shoulders.

You are love and you are loved.

And imagine now that the space around you is filling up with a beautiful crystal white light.

This light is always around you.

It is the light of your higher self,

Of your guides,

Angels,

Light beings,

Loved ones,

Interdimensional,

Extraterrestrial beings,

Whoever makes up your spirit team.

They are always with you and this light is always around you because it is you.

But right now in this moment you are focused on seeing it,

On feeling it and so it gently moves around you like a beautiful mist.

Illuminating everything in the space around you with a beautiful crystal white hue and illuminating you.

Breathe in the light,

Let it flow through you.

It will feel like a gentle warmth just moving through you,

Embracing you,

Loving you.

Breathe it into your muscles,

Your joints,

Your ligaments.

Feel it moving through your blood,

In and out of your heart and feel it moving deeper and deeper into every cell within your body.

And feel all the organelles within each cell being flooded with beautiful crystal white light.

And specifically see every mitochondria within every cell being filled with light.

Your mitochondria are the energy banks of you.

It's how that light turns into the energy that you have.

Allow every cell to be flooded with beautiful crystal white light.

And you begin to feel yourself just ever so subtly and gently vibrating,

Filled with light.

And if there is any noise in your mind or any outside noise or anything that is distracting you,

Imagine that you create a bubble of light in front of you and you place all of those distractions,

All of those thoughts,

Just place them into the bubble of light and then push that bubble away from you.

And just watch as it floats away into the distance and know that any distractions or any thoughts will just automatically go into that bubble as it floats off into the distance.

And all of those distractions and thoughts move further and further away from you as you move deeper and deeper into the essence of you.

And in this beautiful space that you have created for you,

Imagine in front of you is a beautiful big movie screen.

On this screen,

Allow an image of your current life to appear.

Not the dramatic highlights at all,

But just your ordinary day to day reality.

See yourself moving through a normal day.

You might see your home,

Your work,

Your routines,

You might simply sense it or you might just know it.

But just notice what you're doing,

Your pace,

Your posture,

Your energy.

No judgment,

Just observation.

And as you watch,

Quietly ask yourself,

What frequency am I living on most days?

What emotional temperature do I tend to run at?

What identity am I wearing without even realizing?

Just let the answers rise gently.

And now another screen just gently appears in front of you.

Just take a deep breath in and out.

And just take all your focus to the new screen.

This is the screen of your preferred reality.

And just look on that screen and allow the images to form.

The life you would prefer to be living.

A life where you feel more like you,

More aligned,

More clarity,

More joy,

Self-respect,

Authenticity.

And just see yourself moving through an ordinary day in that life.

What are you doing?

How do you carry yourself?

How do you speak?

What is your energy like?

Notice your body language.

Notice your eyes.

And most importantly,

Notice the feeling state.

How are you feeling?

And just let yourself receive the vibration of that version of you.

Open your heart to receive the frequency of your preferred life.

And now without analyzing,

Let a simple sentence just arise within you.

In this preferred reality,

I am someone who.

.

.

Fill in the rest.

In this preferred reality,

I am someone who.

.

.

And now just gently bring your focus to both screens.

Your current life on one side and your preferred life on the other.

And just notice the difference.

What is different about you?

Not your house or your props or the scenery,

But you.

How you move,

You respond,

You decide.

How do you treat yourself?

How do you treat your time?

And just choose one difference that you can embody today.

One small thing.

Maybe it is,

I'll walk slower and more grounded.

I will speak more honestly.

I will stop abandoning myself.

I will follow through on one promise.

I will eat with presence.

I stop negotiating with doubt.

Or I take myself seriously in a gentle,

Humorous way.

Let one embodied difference become clear.

And now we flip the switch.

This is not a big dramatic moment.

It's a choice.

Bring the preferred version of you closer.

As if you step into it.

As if you put on the energy of that life like a coat.

Feel yourself becoming that version of yourself here and now.

And repeat quietly to yourself.

I choose this frequency now.

I choose to live as this version of me now.

I choose to respond from this identity now.

And now take a deep breath in and let that land in your nervous system.

Embody it.

Let it flow all the way down into every cell within your body.

Become it.

And right now you are choosing a new frequency.

And sometimes an old one might appear.

If that voice appears,

Look at it kindly and just say,

You can come with me but you don't get to drive.

Feel that beautiful energy of your preferred life.

Breathe it in.

And breathe it out.

And you might like to feel it as a color that you can breathe in and breathe out.

Or a word.

Something that will easily activate that beautiful feeling,

That vibration.

So that you can connect to it whenever you want to.

And just gently,

Gently,

You begin to see both screens just fading from view.

We say thank you to them.

Thank you for reflecting back and showing me my life and my preferred life.

You are becoming the version of you that matches the life that you prefer.

And soon you will begin to see manifestations of it in your world.

Take a deep breath in.

And out.

Feel the authenticity just flowing through your body.

The language of your soul.

The language of light.

And begin to call all your energy back to this moment,

To this place.

To be fully present in the magnificence of you.

You,

The alchemist,

The creator of your life.

And know that that beautiful crystal white light is always around you.

Always with you.

It never leaves you.

It is always shining to you the truth of who you are.

So tune into it whenever you want to.

To remember.

Take another deep breath in.

And out.

Where your empowerment is.

And when you feel ready,

Just gently open your eyes.

And smile.
