I'm about to sound three bells.

See if you can bring your attention to the sound of the bell right up to that micro moment when it disappears.

If you find your attention wanders and you lose sight of the bell,

That's okay.

Simply return it back again and carry on again.

And see,

As you do so,

If you can allow your mind and your body just to relax a little as you focus upon the sound of the bells.
