This Yoga Nidra guides you on a journey through the five layers of consciousness (koshas) to awaken Anandamaya Kosha—the blissful state and unite you with Turiya, Source Consciousness itself, beyond all layers. It contains a grounding, Sankalpa, a rotation of consciousness, breath awareness, and an integration of opposites to expand consciousness and contract into stillness. The visualization section is designed to take you into Turiya. The track has supportive brain stem music and no end bell.
