So close your eyes gently,

Bring your focus to your breath and you are reminded that breath is a perfect way to place your attention on this moment,

On the now and we remember that it is only from this moment that we create our life.

So let's breathe in lovely cool air,

Feeling it as it goes into our body and let's release the warmer air as we breathe out and breathing in and breathing out.

Now I invite you to relax into the words,

Into this cherishing composition of earth music.

Earth energy brings more love and nourishment into your life.

Allow the energy of these earth words to nurture you.

Loving self,

Cherishing,

Feeling nourish,

Life-giving,

Respecting,

Making self a priority,

Giving and receiving love easily,
