And Universal children have a balanced, Steady and calm energy. Wonderful, Right? Your Universal child superpower today is your inner peace, Your friendship, Your calmness. And that feels so good to hear. That feels just right, Doesn't it? Today you are a Universal child. Ready? Let's make superhero arms. I like to raise my arms, Bend my elbows and make muscles. But you can make any superhero arms that feel good for you. Like raising your arms in a V up to the sky. Sometimes I like to watch myself in the mirror as I do my morning affirmation. It's lots of fun to do with someone else too. To get started, Let's breathe in and out and in and out and in and let the air go right down to your tummy. This gets your energy flowing.
