This meditation is about focus and inspiration,
Finding focus with thunder energy,
Being powerful and free.
This meditation belongs to a series of nine others and these are nine meditations for you to do in nine days,
All designed to bring you clarity and focus.
In this meditation we use words and we use sounds that hold the energy of thunder energy of the Tao.
We have captured the sound of thunder energy for you.
Both words and sounds are designed to relax you and to bring you to focus.
Thunder energy is powerful and free,
It denotes release,
It heralds nourishment,
It helps you unwind,
It brings you peace,
Happiness,
Focus and releases anxiety.
All right,
So close your eyes and bring your focus to my voice,
Allow your mind and your body to relax.
At a fundamental and subconscious level you know how to do this,
Just let it happen,
Stay with me,
I'm here and breathe.
And first I'll introduce you to the energetic sound of thunder energy,
Stay focused on the sound.
If your mind wanders that's okay,
You know coming back to the sound actually fine-tunes your focus.
And next we'll breathe in sync with the sound of thunder energy.
Let's start with one bigger breath,
Bringing the air deeper into your lungs,
And then expelling it completely.
And then you can settle into regular breathing,
Soft lovely breathing.
I'd like you to breathe at your own pace and you're going to find that your breath will automatically find its own rhythm at the pace of the sound.
And lovely soft breaths while you are receiving focus,
While you are synchronizing with thunder energy.
And words are pockets of energy and the words that contain thunder energy are powerful and release.
And you are aligning with this focus through the sound in this meditation.
You are helpful and inspirational.
Thunder energy is powerful and free.
And free.
And thunder energy it denotes release,
It heralds nourishment,
It helps you unwind,
It brings you peace,
It brings you happiness,
Focus and releases anxiety.
And so come back to your breath,
Find yourself breathing in sync with the sound once more.
Receive the focus that thunder energy brings into your life,
Breathing it in.
And state with me,
I align with thunder energy.

I align with thunder energy and I am powerful and I am free.
