This meditation is about focus and balance.
Finding focus with Tai Chi energy,
Being balanced and being allowing.
This meditation belongs to a series of nine focus meditations.
And these nine meditations can be done in nine days.
And they are all designed to bring you clarity,
To bring you focus.
In this meditation,
We use words and sounds that hold the energy of Tai Chi energy of the Tao.
These are specially created sounds that represent Tai Chi energy.
Both the words and the sounds are designed to relax you,
To bring you to focus.
And Tai Chi energy is balanced.
It is allowing and non-resistant.
It brings you peace,
Happiness,
Tranquility.
I'd like you to close your eyes and bring your focus to my voice.
Allow your mind and your body to relax.
At a fundamental and subconscious level,
You know how to do this.
Just let it happen.
Stay with me.
I am here.
And just breathe.
And first,
I'll introduce you to the energetic sound that is Tai Chi energy.
Stay focused on the sound.
If your mind wonders,
It's okay.
Coming back to the sound actually fine-tunes your focus.
And next,
We'll breathe in sync with the sound of Tai Chi energy.
Let's do one bigger breath,
Breathing air deeper into your lungs and then expel it completely.
And then settle into your regular breathing.
Breathe at your own pace.
And you'll find that your breath will automatically find its own rhythm at the pace of the sound of Tai Chi energy.
Lovely,
Soft breathing,
Receiving focus,
And synchronizing with the sound of Tai Chi energy.
Receiving focus and synchronizing with Tai Chi energy.
Words are pockets of energy.
And the words that contain Tai Chi energy are balanced,
Allowing,
And non-resisting.
And you are aligning with this focus through sound in this meditation.
You are peace,
Happiness,
Tranquility.
And Tai Chi energy is emotional stability.
It is mental steadiness.
And Tai Chi energy brings you calmness and steadiness.
It brings you focus and releases anxiety.
And so come back to your breath.
Find yourself breathing in sync with the sound once more.
Receive the focus.
And state,
Along with me,
I align with Tai Chi energy.
I am happy and I am whole.
I am happy and I am whole.
I am happy and I am whole.
I am happy and I am whole.
I am happy and I am whole.
