Finding Focus with Tai Chi Energy – being balanced and allowing. This meditation is part of a series of nine meditations over nine days, all designed to bring you clarity and focus. In this meditation, we use words and sounds that represent the energy of Tai Chi, the Tao. These specially created sound effects represent Tai Chi energy. Both words and sounds are designed to relax you and bring you to Focus. Tai Chi energy is balanced, allowing, and non-resistant. It brings you peace, happiness, and tranquility. The meditations in this series are not in any particular order. The key to working on your Focus is practicing for nine consecutive days. I look forward to meditating with you tomorrow.
