The solstice is always a pivotal point in the year,
But this year in 2020 the energy is especially strong as we're being asked to transition between two realities.
The energetic imprint of the reality we are leaving will not be comfortable in the new and the solstice presents an opportunity to clear this imprint and move forward with less baggage and a clearer frequency.
This meditation is an invitation for you to release what you no longer need and move forward freely.
So you can now close your eyes and begin to breathe deeply.
Draw the breath down into your body.
See it travelling to the farthest reaches of your limbs and watch it release as you exhale.
Keep breathing in a slow,
Rhythmical pattern,
Watching your breath visit every part of your body until you feel settled,
Present and centred.
You will find yourself standing in a wide open space.
In front of you is a panoramic view,
But immediately before you is a translucent barrier.
It's barely visible but it cannot be mistaken.
In the centre of this barrier is a golden triangle and this triangle is filled with a bright white light.
As you stand before it,
Begin to take stock of your physical body.
Look at your hands and arms,
Look down to your legs and feet,
Scan your body,
Noticing where you feel uncomfortable,
Where there is extra baggage that feels heavy,
Where you feel discomfort.
Be very aware of your present sensations and how you feel about yourself.
And when you are ready,
Step into the light,
Allow the light to flow round you and through you.
Feel the sensations as it dances around you.
Continue to breathe deeply as the light continues to play.
You can stay here for as long as you need to,
But when you are ready,
Step through to the other side.
Again notice yourself,
How do you feel?
Look at your hands and feet,
Look down to your legs,
You have left behind energy and imprints that you no longer need,
You did so as you stepped through the portal.
You do not need to look around to see what this was,
You do not need to identify them.
You will not need them again and should you become aware of what is missing,
It will simply serve as a reminder of your journey to the present.
Begin to walk forward,
Taking in your surroundings and the energy that you are immersed in.
With each step,
Reconnect to your body and bring this energy into your physical awareness.
Draw the energy into your reality and know that you can hold it within.
Take a deep breath and then exhale deeply.
Breathe in again and open your eyes.
