While working in New York City as a clinician, Beena witnessed the power of faith as well as the benefits of integrative medicine when caring for patients which sometimes also involved end-of-life care. This coupled with personal experiences helped shape her path in exploring the unseen mysteries of life and bringing that curiosity of the heart's inquiries to the depth we experience in each moment by being here with presence, devotion and a zest for the beauty of the human journey. Today, Beena is the Founder of The Yoga Movement, passionately sharing her fusion of science, alternative healing, ancient wisdom, and faith-based principles to help people transform their lives from inside out.
