Thank you for joining me in this beautiful guided meditation and visualization to help call in your spirit baby or spirit babies if you are someone who feels drawn to motherhood and know that this is a path that you're meant to take and to embark on.
This meditation has been adopted from different practices and teachings from the book Spirit Babies which I highly recommend for anyone who feels drawn to the path of motherhood.
It's a beautiful book that goes into learning about conception contracts and how we call in our spirit babies and the different things that go into calling in our children,
The children that we are meant to have and give birth to on this planet,
Particularly at this revolutionary time in humanity as many of the children are coming onto the planet to share their God-given gifts and services and to be of the highest service to humanity.
We are here to teach our children and also it's very humbling to remember that our children are here to teach us and we're here to help each other fulfill our sacred contracts as well as our soul mission.
I felt drawn to creating this meditation because five years ago I had a vision with one of my spirit babies and it was a meditation that came to me during the lockdown and I was in New York City and was not expecting to have a dream like this and ever since that dream I've been awakening to and also deepening this energy of the divine mother,
The nurturer,
The mother within and also the inner child.
There's been a lot of reparenting with the divine mother and the divine father within and a lot of soul healing that has happened along my path and so I felt that this was divine timing to share this now because I finally felt to be at a place where my inner child felt safe,
Felt safe to be expressed,
To be seen and to understand not just what it means or feels like to be in this motherly energy,
The mother archetype and also to embrace and honor what it means to love the inner child that remains within each and every one of us.
We're still children at heart and when we see the purity in a child's smile,
Their curiosity,
Their wonder at life,
Their playful spirit,
We're reminded of that.
To be light-hearted and to witness and embrace the beauty in every level of our expansion and the unfolding of the beautiful journey that is ours.
So wherever you are,
I invite you to lie down,
To be in a comfortable position where you feel safe and relaxed and to close your eyes and place one hand on the heart and one hand on the womb,
Bringing energy and awareness to these sacred aspects of your body,
Of your being.
I'm setting the intention to invite in the energy,
The spirit,
The guidance of your spirit baby or spirit babies,
Whatever feels right and resonant at this time,
Whatever your spirit feels open to receive as well as whatever the spirit of your spirit baby,
Whatever he or she feels ready to share.
As you inhale,
Imagine this beautiful white light coming down through your crown chakra,
Purifying all of the chakras and energy centers in your body,
Including your third eye,
Crown chakra,
Your throat chakra,
The heart,
Your beautiful anahata,
Your solar plexus,
Your sacral chakra,
And your root chakra.
As this white light pours all the way down,
It's purifying you,
Going all the way down into mother earth,
Exhaling to release what you no longer need,
Any fears,
Any worries.
If there's any fears around conception,
Around fertility,
The false programming and narratives that have been fed to so many people by society,
By the old paradigm,
We're simply releasing that into mother earth as she recycles it and transmutes and transforms it into something so divine and holy.
And as you inhale,
Breathe in that new energy,
That fertile energy from mother earth,
Breathing that all the way up into your womb space,
Into your heart,
Your throat,
Your third eye,
Your crown,
Going all the way up into the cosmic field,
The quantum.
Back into the source within,
And allowing yourself to feel that love from deep within.
And as you open up your field to receiving guidance,
Also remembering that if you don't receive communication,
It could just mean that your spirit baby is not ready to communicate with you at this time.
You're creating a relationship here to let the spirit baby or babies know he,
She,
They are safe to be here with you.
This isn't something you can force or pressure.
This is an invitation.
Imagine yourself feeling that love within,
Feeling that love for the mother inside of you,
The inner child inside of you,
Meeting yourself with compassion and tenderness and gentleness,
Knowing that this is a gift from the mother.
To yourself,
As well as to your children,
Creating this beautiful foundation,
This relationship with yourself and with your children,
As you consciously create your beautiful relationship and fulfill your beautiful mission together.
And as you feel this love for yourself,
This acceptance and warmth and compassion for yourself,
Send that warmth and compassion to your spirit babies or spirit baby.
Gently affirming,
I love you.
This is a beautiful way to connect with your child,
Your children,
Being that space of pure,
Unconditional love and receiving any guidance,
Any visions,
Perhaps simply sensations and feelings that want to come through.
Dissolving any imbalances in the sacral chakra,
In the womb,
In your hormonal health,
With total ease,
Grace,
Peace,
Flow,
And safety at a level that you're ready to receive this,
This healing,
This transmission at this time,
And just allowing yourself to receive and allowing your body to remember its original blueprint of radiance,
Health,
And well-being,
And beautiful fertility,
As we are all powerful,
Beautiful,
Co-creators on this planet.
Allow yourself to be with whatever comes up for you.
If you don't feel connected to any spirit babies,
And maybe you see your own inner child coming up,
Or a part of you that feels wobbly or unworthy of being a mother,
Extend that compassion and love and presence to yourself.
This too is part of the journey.
As you consciously reparent yourself to remember your intrinsic wholeness,
Transmuting what no longer needs to come forth in your bloodline,
In your lineage.
Not that anyone in your ancestral lineage did anything wrong.
It's that you have the awareness,
This higher level of consciousness,
To know that it is possible to create a world of more harmony,
Peace,
Love,
And balance for all,
For all beings,
The plant kingdom,
The animal kingdom,
Humanity,
Mother earth.
That this is possible,
And as you anchor into this creation through your own beautiful womb,
And your body,
And your being,
Your divinity,
Your physical vessel,
Your humanity,
Embracing all of it,
And the wholeness of who you are,
A multi-dimensional being.
It becomes expressed through you,
Through your vibrant rainbow energy and expression,
As you own and honor the fullness of who you are,
And who you are here to be.
And that's one of the greatest gifts you can give to the future children of this planet.
That they too remember it is safe to shine their light so brightly,
Unapologetically,
To know that it is safe to do so.
That is our medicine.
Allow yourself to feel the beauty and the gift of this energy expanding within you.
Feeling your gentle caress,
Your gentle touch,
A touch that says,
I love me.
I'm doing the best that I can.
I love and accept and forgive myself in this moment.
And by doing this,
I set my entire lineage free.
I thank my ancestors for all they have taught me,
All they have gifted me.
And I allow future generations to share these gifts,
As well as their own medicine,
From a place of reclamation,
Sovereignty,
Power,
Love,
Authenticity,
And generosity for the greater good of all.
As you breathe,
Feel into your own divinity,
Your own light.
Maybe anything that is not of the light is also coming up,
And it's coming up for your presence and acceptance.
Welcome it in,
And be with it.
If you feel any sensation of warmth,
It could be your spirit baby or babies are near you.
Or maybe you sense it or have had a vision.
All of it can happen in a way that is perfectly designed for your soul,
Your spirit.
Again,
Gently affirming to yourself as well as to your spirit baby or spirit babies,
I love you.
I love you.
I love you.
And feel into that in your body as you breathe in.
And one more time,
Breathing in and breathing out.
And when you're ready,
Bring light movement into your fingers and toes as you arrive back in the present moment.
Fluttering your eyes open,
Being in the here and now,
And know that you have already taken part in honoring the conception contract,
In honoring your path of sacred motherhood,
And creating safety for your spirit children to communicate with you.
If that is the path that you feel destined to take and to walk upon,
I invite you to do this meditation from time to time to continue to create and strengthen the relationship with your children.
And at some point to make the practice your own,
As you have your own unique path of motherhood to walk upon,
Just as your children have their own unique path to walk on in this beautiful new earth.
