Robert worked in finance for 20 years and initially found meditation helpful to manage stress. After a few years of daily practice, his compassion for others grew and culminated in a spiritual experience, coming to know that we are all one. Meditation is the cornerstone of his daily routine and not only helps reduce stress, but is a key driver of performance through enhancing EQ. He hopes to pass on what worked for him so that others can also find relief from stress and more fulfillment in life.
