Welcome to this 10 minute inner child meditation.

Find a comfortable seated position,

Allowing your spine to be straight and your body to relax.

Close your eyes gently or keep them softly open with a relaxed gaze.

Begin by taking a few deep breaths,

Inhaling deeply through your nose and exhaling slowly through your mouth.

Allow yourself to settle into the present moment,

Letting go of any distractions or concerns.

Now bring your attention to your heart center.

Place one hand over your heart and one hand over your belly.

Feel the warmth and gentle rhythm of your heartbeat.

Take a few moments to connect with this feeling of warmth and love within yourself.

As you continue to breathe deeply and evenly,

Imagine yourself in a peaceful,

Safe place.

This can be a real location that you know or a place that you create in your mind.

Visualize this place in as much detail as possible,

Noticing the colors,

The lights,

The sounds,

And then sensations.

In this safe and peaceful place,

Imagine a younger version of yourself appearing.

This is your inner child,

Representing the innocent,

Playful,

And vulnerable parts of you.

See this child clearly in your mind's eye,

Noticing their expression,

Posture,

And the emotions they might be feeling.

As you approach your inner child,

Notice how they respond to your presence.

Gently kneel down to their level,

Making eye contact and offering a warm,

Loving smile.

Let your inner child know that you are here to offer love,

Support,

And understanding.

Extend your arms and invite your inner child into a gentle,

Loving hug.

Feel the warmth and tenderness of this embrace.

Allow yourself to fully experience the sensation of holding your inner child,

Offering them unconditional love and reassurance.

As you hold your inner child,

Silently or aloud,

Repeat the mantra,

I see you.

I hear you.

I love you.

You are enough,

Just as you are.

Feel the connection between you and your inner child growing stronger with each word and with each breath.

Repeat the mantra slowly and deliberately.

I see you.

I hear you.

I love you.

You are enough,

Just as you are.

I see you.

You are enough,

Just as you are.

Feel the truth and love in these words,

Allowing them to resonate deeply within you and your inner child.

Take a few moments to simply be in this embrace,

Feeling the love and compassion flowing between you and your inner child.

Allow any emotions that arise to be fully felt,

Without judgment.

Let yourself and your inner child be present in this moment of connection and healing.

When you feel ready,

Gently release the hug and look into your inner child's eyes once more.

Let them know that you will always be there for them,

Offering love and support whenever they need it.

Slowly,

Allow the image of your inner child and the safe,

Peaceful place to fade away,

Bringing your awareness back to your breath in the present moment.

Take a few deep breaths,

Feeling the warmth and love in your heart center.

As we begin to bring this meditation to a close,

Gently wiggle your fingers and toes,

Bringing some movement back into your body.

When you're ready,

Slowly open your eyes or lift your gaze.

Take a moment to notice how you feel.

Remember,

I see you,

I hear you,

I love you.

You are enough,

Just as you are.
