Explore MeditationAryana Solh is a Master Breath Coach, Somatic Practitioner, and Regenerative Health Specialist with over two decades of experience at the intersection of neuroscience, embodiment, and integrative wellness. Her unique method fuses breathwork, nutritional healing, movement, meditation, and living foods nutrition to support deep nervous system regulation, spiritual attunement, physical vitality, and cellular regeneration. Her mission is to help individuals transmute pain into embodied wisdom, remember who they truly are, reclaim their health, and thrive in their fullest expression. Aryana’s path in the healing arts began in childhood. By age 12 she was training as a yoga teacher, and soon after entered a decade-long apprenticeship in Toltec Wisdom with Miguel Ruiz, author of The Four Agreements. She has also studied with renowned healers, including Dr. Robert Morse, whose presence and teachings deeply influenced her path. Aryana’s diverse background as a Raw Food Chef and Dancer adds a creative and embodied dimension to her work, blending nourishment and movement into the healing process. She has been invited to share her unique approach at universities and wellness centers worldwide, and today leads transformational retreats, offers 1:1 coaching, and guides virtual programs including RESET, her monthly nervous system reset journey.
