Unhook your attention from your mind and plug it into your heart.

Place your hands on your heart center.

Take a deep breath in and open mouth exhale.

Full body breath in,

Pausing at the top,

Imagining that you're taking an elevator.

Deep down into the earth as you exhale,

All the way down,

Rooting into your heart center.

Breathing into your hands,

Into your heart.

Breathing out,

Allowing,

Letting go.

Softening your whole body now.

Unclench your jaw.

Softening your shoulders.

And we'll be breathing in and out through the heart,

Letting your heart expand now as wide as it allows.

Breathing in to a count of four.

Breathing out to a count of four.

Breathing in one,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Exhaling four,

Three,

Two,

One.

Breathing in one,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Exhaling out four,

Three,

Two,

One.

In one,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Out four,

Three,

Two,

One.

Continuing at your own pace.

Completing the expansion and depth of each breath.

Taking this meditation by bringing attention to something or someone that you care deeply for,

Something you are grateful for.

Just allow your heart to soften and receive this image,

This experience.

And allow three more breaths to complete this practice.

Last breath.

Inhale deeply.

Belly to heart.

Pause at the top.

And exhale.
