A divorce or a break-up of a long term relationship can be very painful and messy, but there is light at the end of the tunnel, even if you can’t see it yet. My aim in this course is to bring you out of the darkness and into the light and to get in touch with your true power, your inner light and your future self. Every divorce is different and unique, but - for most of us it’s unknown territory that we must navigate often alone with little guidance or support. You are likely to experience loss, grief, fear, loneliness, confusion and probably an identity crisis. In ten lessons, I guide you on a journey to heal mentally, emotionally and spiritually and align you to love, peace, abundance and optimism. Whether you are currently in the process of getting divorced, going through a break up of a long term relationship or even if you got divorced or separated years ago but still don’t feel that you’ve fully moved on and found happiness again, this course is here to help you heal from the trauma, find yourself and your truth and create a life that you love.
Nicole Bayliss is a Soul Coach, Energy Healer and Author. Her work centres on love, presence and spiritual connection. Nicole experienced an awakening and transformation after a divorce and her mission is to assist others in their personal transformation.

Accepting Your Grief
There is always loss in a divorce of break up. No matter if you left or you were left, grief needs to be acknowledged, felt and processed. The only way out of grief is through it. So whatever you feel, create some space each day to check in with yourself and acknowledge how you feel. Don’t fight your feelings; don’t tell yourself that you shouldn’t feel this way or that. If you feel sad, accept it. If you feel angry, accept that. The Universal Law of Acceptance deems that what we accept has the power to transform and change, but what we resist, persists.

Finding Your Centre
The Greek philosopher Epictetus said “It’s not what happens to you, but how you react to it that matters.” Now is the time to become the proverbial “eye of the storm” and to ask yourself: "Who is the person I want to be throughout this process?"

Addressing Your Fear
Going through a divorce or break-up can bring up many fears. We cannot necessarily get rid of fear - it is a part of our human condition. Fear is a powerful emotion. It can draw to you the very thing you fear unless you face that fear head-on. And by facing it head-on and acknowledging the fear, you don't allow it to rule your life. This is courage. Having courage doesn’t mean you are fearless; it means that you feel the fear and move forward anyway.

Self Love, Self Compassion, Self Care
You are the most important person in your life and right now you, more than anyone, deserve your own love and kindness. Going through a divorce or a break up is a time when you need to love yourself more than ever. This is a wonderful opportunity to deepen into self love, self compassion and self care.
Lektion 5
Finding Your Values
What are the things you truly value? The things that give your life meaning, joy and a sense of why you’re here. When you know what these values are and make choices based on them, you will create a fulfilling and meaningful life. Finding your values is a great way of finding yourself. Going through a divorce or breakup is a very good time to know what your values are, to live true to them and not to compromise them.

Establishing Boundaries
Physically, a boundary is a line that marks the limits of an area. In relationships, a boundary is the line that marks the limits of where you and your values exist in relation to other people. When going through a divorce or breakup, you and your values are bound to be tested. When you set a boundary you are not only doing it for yourself, you’re also doing it for the good of the other person or people, because the other person or people then know where they stand.

Making Mindful Choices
During a divorce or long term relationship breakup, you’ll be faced with many situations that can feel confusing, and may bring up many questions. In this lesson Nicole shares with you the most common questions that people going through a divorce or breakup struggle with, and while there is no absolute right or wrong answer, she also shares her thoughts as a soul coach and as someone who has gone through a divorce.

The Power Of Forgiveness
During the process of divorce or separation you are bound to feel hurt, perhaps betrayed, disappointed, angry, resentful or at times even vengeful. It’s ok to feel what you feel, but if you hold on to these emotions, you can become hard, bitter and unable to move on and create a life that you love. Forgiveness is something that you do for you, not necessarily anybody else. You do it to free yourself of toxic emotions which, if held on to, are bad for your health both mentally and physically.

Creating Your Future
If you choose to see your divorce or breakup as a transformational opportunity, it’s not only a new beginning; it’s a chance to improve your life and to create a life that is true to you; a life that you love. In this lesson we explore the Law of Attraction and how to use it, and experience a guided meditation to manifest your ideal future.

5 Keys To Stay On Track
In our final lesson you will learn the 5 keys to maintaining a high vibration on your healing process during and after a divorce or breakup. By cultivating these 5 key things, you will keep moving forward while allowing a deep and positive transformation to take place.
